The staff is extremely friendly and inviting. They have comfortable seating. Sometime there isn't enough seating when it is super busy but he is an awesome chiropractor so he has lots of patients. There is usually isn't any wait to get back to the room. If there is a wait it is sometime just like 5 mins. I have never waited more than 15 mins in the waiting room. That was one time ever. He was very efficient but he was also personable. He has a way about him that makes you feel very comfortable. The staff is very professional. They have very nice equipment and a very nice and clean office. The bathroom even smelled nice. I was in a car accident in 2016 that left me with severe back, neck and hip issues. I went to another chiropractor first for a whole year and when Dr. Hackelman did my X-Rays and had me come in to discuss the plan of action my X-Rays were exactly like the X-Rays the hospital took days after the accident. I was still in a lot of pain and my my neck, back, and hip wouldn't stay in place for more than a few days. I have been with Dr. Hackleman for a year now and he has fixed all three of my problem areas. Now I just come in as needed. I was having to go 2- 3 times weekly when I was with the other chiropractor! I brought my son who has brain cancer to him also. They have been so kind and generous. The whole staff has really made us feel special. They are a good Christian family. I would recommend Dr. Hackelman to anyone! The staff is extremely friendly and inviting. Dr. Brian is great! He will talk to you about any concerns you may have. I had him look over my x-rays and the MRI of my back so he could help me understand my problems and my options. If it wasn't for him, I don't think I'd be walking. Been going to him for 7 years now.

Easily offended if you don't buy into all his chiropractic philosophies. Cares more about getting money than people.

Love Dr Brian and his staff. They are all friendly and always there to help you. Brian is a great guy who cares about his patients and takes the time to get to know you and your family and he takes care of almost all my family around bolivar! We have been going to him for over 6 years. Thank you Dr Hackleman for all you do for us.
