Dr. Hardy was very thorough kind, and professional. Xrays were quick and efficient giving him the information he needed to remedy my hand pain . Highly recommend.

I’ve been to Dr. Hardy four times. He’s very easy to talk with, professional, and has a lot of expertise. He knows the exact correct spot to give a steroid shot. Every time I see him, there’s a younger person with him whom he is training. I can’t think of a better role model and one to learn his field from than Dr. Brian Hardy.

Dr. Hardy was great with my 10 year old daughter, who was scared to experience getting a cast on her hand/arm for the first time. He was very thorough and nice. We were able to get an appointment within reasonable time to get my daughter’s broken hand taken care of.

Dr. Hardy takes his time to explain your situation and take the next step. I had surgery and it we t very well. I would recommend him to others.

Timely, caring and professional. He took care of my problem. Dr Hardy repaired my trigger fingers and helping me with the arthritis in the knuckles on both hands. I really appreciate what he does.

Dr Hardy was thorough, compassionate, and listened to my concerns. Very happy with my visit and have the utmost confidence in his ability to treat my injury.

When I had my first appointment with Dr. Hardy, after looking at the MRI results, and both agreeing that I indeed did have a thumb tendon break, stressed that I needed to have surgery within 6 months to remove the metal plates that were causing the fraying. He kept a close eye on the bulging plate in my wrist and my hand functions.

Dr Hardy is always kind and explains options for treatment. He takes time to answer my questions. I feel like he has taken very good care of the issues I have with my hand. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr Hardy listened to my description of my pain, did some assessments and explained his diagnosis in simple terms for me to understand. I did not feel rushed or felt that he was rushed. I would certainly recommend him.

Dr. Hardy is very thorough. You can tell he really loves what he does. Hoping that he is the doctor that finally fixes my wrist after almost 1 years of pain. I’d highly recommend him.

Dr Hardy is nice, pleasant, personable, explains well and is reassuring. I hope not to be in need, but if that happens I’ll choose to be seen by him.

Dr. Hardy is extremely knowledgeable and gives you complete confidence in his care. I was on my way to losing the use of my hands prior to going under his care-- he has made a huge impact on my quality of life

Entire process was excellent. Registered online and waited only 10 minutes when I got to the office. Dr explained everything and was able to help me in less than an hour. Highly recommend.

Very professional & efficient. Made my procedure as pain free as possible. Gave simple recovery instructions. Within first 24 hours have only taken OTC pain meds twice. I appreciate Dr Hardy & staff.

Prompt care, clean offices, rooms and I was quickly taken care of.

My wait was short. Dr. Hardy reviewed my x rays, then came in and explained what was going on with my thumb joints and showed me on the x rays. I appreciated this. Dr. Hardy is the best! He tells you everything you need to know about your condition. Then he does what needs to be done to ease your pain and get you well. Perfect. Every visit.

Dr Hardy has rescued my hands more than once especially when I required extensive surgery to save my left hand from being useless. It’s working now. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Easy to make appointment, love being able to confirm via text and fill out my pre-appointment paperwork online. They got me in and out quickly - Dr. Hardy was thorough but fast/efficient. Steroid shot in my hand seems to have worked - it is feeling better already. They took great Covid precautions as well.

I met with Dr. Hardy to review MRI results related to a shoulder injury. He was patient and took the time to teach me during my visit. All around he was great and I’d recommend him to anyone.

Unfortunately fractured my wrist, but fortunately was referred to Dr Hardy at Texas Orthopedics. Got an appointment quickly. Staff was great. No need for surgery, just a cast. Even Kendrick in the cast room was a pleasure. Thanks Texas Orthopedics for making a painful injury not so bad.

Can’t speak highly enough about my experience here. I was dealing with a wrist issue for an extended amount of time and my primary recommended Texas Orthopedics and Dr Hardy. All of my interactions with staff were pleasant and Dr Hardy listened to my symptoms and quickly recommended an immediately effective treatment for my issue. I got the impression that this is a highly efficient group who care about their patients and their recovery. Austin area musicians in particular should take note. My thumb/wrist were hurting. He diagnosed, treated and provided a plan. He is wonderful.

I had been having pain in my hands and visited with Dr. Hardy. He explained several procedures that I could do to alleviate the pain, so I started with the least invasive, but after a year or so, I ended up having surgery to correct. As an artist, my biggest fear was being able to continue with my art. Dr. Hardy was very optimistic about me being able to go back to painting. I wasn't as optimistic, but now having had both hands corrected, I only wish I had done this a few years earlier! No pain now and great dexterity. If you have hand issues, Dr. Hardy should be your first choice to discuss options and a plan for you. He's got a great attitude and talks with you, not "at you" or "down to you".

Very efficient process once taken back to the exam room. A lengthy delay to get back (waiting room), but the Rona forces all of us to practice patience. Dr H is very personable and knows his sh*t. Recommend him for all things ortho, except dontist, although knowing how talented he is, he could probably fix your grill too.

I had issues with both my thumbs and this is the second time I have seen Dr. Hardy. He has an outstanding bedside manner and explains everything in detail. I trust him and highly recommend him.

I was afraid I had developed carpal tunnel syndrome from my new crochet hobby. After careful examination and x-rays he determined it was something else and I needed a cortisone shot. He was a careful listener and patient in answering all my questions. Three days later I feel almost 100%!

Dr. Hardy communicates well. Looked at me when he talked. Explained what was going on with my hands and offered treatment that took care of the problem -- trigger finger. I checked in online so there was little wait to see him. His staff asked good questions and had briefed him before he entered the exam room.

I came in to see Dr. Hardy about my trigger finger issue. Dr. Hardy explained why after 3 cortisone shots I would need surgery. He explained what the procedure would look like and that it was a basic surgery and I go home the same day. I need things explained to me so I’m more comfortable with what is going to happen. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Very straightforward description of the surgery plan. He took new X-ray to see the current situation and gave a clear explanation of outcome expectations

I saw Dr. Hardy for the severe bilateral carpometacarpal arthritis I have been grappling with for four years when my hand surgeon was unavailable. I am glad I did. He listened and explained well, administered two cortisone injections, and so far my pain level has decreased noticeably. Thank you Dr. Hardy.
