The hygienist Natalie was extremely thorough, cleanest my teeth have been in a long time or at least since after Covid. I also had a new filling today by Dr. Hirschfield, and all went smoothly. Great staff all around. If your looking for a great dental experience this one’s the best!

Great personalized care!

Called Lakeville Dental for a problem, got me right in and checked out. Very nice and professional and would definitely recommend. Thank you.

My first visit to them, (referred by a friend) kind of an emergency that I needed looked at and got me in within 24 hours! The staff was absolutely amazing from start to finish and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Got me in on time and completed my checkup with a follow up to fix a filling.

I found Dr. Hirschfields office during a bit of a dental emergency. I’ve since gone back for a cleaning and other dental work. I’m am no fan of the dentists office but everyone in this office is wonderful! Everyone at this office makes you feel welcome and understanding.

Lake view Dental is my favorite choice for my dental care.The staff is always professional knowledgeable and friendly to make my appointments enjoyable.

Unfortunately, I have had the privilege of working with Dr Brenda for major dental issues over the past few years. She and her assistants are fantastic. They have become an important part of the Lakeville and Livonia community. Dr Brenda takes time to know her patients and their dental health needs. When I had dental emergencies, she was able to connect me with the specialist needed. She is always happy to help and builds trusting relationships with her patients. I have never had such personalized care from a dentist. If you are looking for a family friendly dental office with compassionate hygienists, knowledgeable assistants, quality Dentists and kind office assistants, then Lakeview Dental Office is the place to bring your family! I was nervous about going to the dentist but they put me at ease and took all the time I needed. I left at ease with a dental plan that I truly understood and agreed to. All staff was helpful and polite!

Dr. Brenda Sousa and her assistant were wonderful!! They were friendly, professional, and informative. The front desk ladies were so happy and helpful. I also had a cleaning appointment and my hygienist, Sandi, was amazing. If you are looking for a new dental place to go to, definitely come to Lakeview Dental????

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Brenda, Rob and Sandy. After not being there for over 9 years, they all definitely made me feel comfortable... It was like coming home!! I enjoyed the conversations, the consult... Even the cleaning was a delightful experience. Thank you again for a wonderful appointment!!

It was an awesome visit!!! Very professional!! My first time there!! Really enjoyed it. Dr. Brenda and Rob sat down with me and went over all my medical and dental history which I have never had done before at any dentist I have been to. I felt they really cared. They did a profile of my teeth and mouth. Took some x-rays and sent me on to a very nice hygienist who cleaned my teeth and sent me on the way. It was an awesome visit!!! Very professional!! Everyone is so nice ! Absolutely love Dr. Brenda she is so bubbly and kind you know she is confident and good at what she does. I love Riley the Hygienist as well , super friendly and welcoming . Overall just a great place to go!

I can’t say enough good things about Lakeview Dental. After getting a diagnosis from another practice I went to Lakeview for a second opinion and for them to do any work that was needed. After taking my first steps in the office I knew I was in the right place. The office staff was helpful, understanding, nonjudgmental, and above all kind. Upon meeting Dr. Brenda Flores Sousa and her assistant I was immediately at ease. We first sat down and talked through my dental history, what was going on, and my daily routine. I really felt like they were trying to get to know me and grasp the root of the issue. During our meeting I shared that I was apprehensive due to some bad experiences as a kid. They listened to me and I truly felt heard. After the meeting we went to do the examine. They could not have been more patient and professional. After the exam and some X-rays we went through her diagnosis and my treatment options. We determined that the work I previously thought needed wasn’t necessary, it was just something to keep an eye on. She talked me through follow up care and answered all of my questions patiently and kindly. It was absolutely worth the drive from Rochester and I fully intend on doing it every six months now. I recently broke a tooth/old filling. The office was able to get me in right away at a time convenient for me. The staff is always very friendly when I arrive. Dr. Hirschfield is very caring, gentle, and engaging. I highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs.

This was my first visit since the pandemic began, and I was very nervous and had some anxiety. After a few short minutes, I was calm, comfortable, and relaxed all because of the staff interactions. Great place! I would highly recommend to anyone.

Very professional very clean I love my hygienist Riley she is the best if not for her I wouldn’t go to the dentist regularly overall a great experience especially for anyone that is nervous going to the dentist if your looking for a new dentist office I definitely recommend Lakeview dental and ask for Riley!!

It was educational. She pointed out areas of concern and how to treat each individual problem. My teeth and gums are the best they have been thanks to the hard work of the hygienist.

I always enjoy seeing the staff and Dentists at Lakeview Dental. They are so friendly and caring. Dr. Hirschfield is a great dentist and has a great sense of humor.
