Horrible if I could give a ZERO I would. My husband had a scheduled appointment today 3/21/23. There was an error due to office staff not placing him on office scheduling! Instead of office manager who is NP as well, handling the situation diffently she shrugged her shoulders and had absolutely no EMPATHY or resolution to this matter. I asked her to please speak with doctor which she did not! She did say my husband's case was not manageable, however website states doctor deals with CRPS!!! I have the date/person who made appointment all in my phone! However doctor's NP has no clue on how horrible this represens a professional business! We will follow up with hospital administration and anywhere else we can find. So now my husband post op with many issues will need to seek a real professional who deals with pain management in a professional way!

I had a great experience here. Dr. McClenic was very thorough and answered all my questions. Came here for a 2nd opinion after seeing MISS and having a less than stellar experience there. A family member recommended this place to me and I was very impressed, I highly recommend! :)

What would I do without Dr. Mclenic? He controls my pain and he always knows what to do. Very knowledgeable and friendly. His staff is very nice and efficient. I thank you.

My father, who is 88 and riddled with arthritis, was sent to this facility for pain management. We went to one appointment, my dad's mobility is almost completely gone getting him to an office appointment is extremely hard. The doctor discussed with us the use of pills, cortisone shots were out of the question. The doctor eventually put him on narco, the prescription said to take as needed for pain, he ran out five days before his prescription is due I called tried to get it represcribed the doctor basically dropped my dad and said there's nothing more I can do for him take him to the ER. What is the point of a pain management clinic that will not prescribe your pain management pills? The ER told me to take him to Dr Mcclenic. My husband has to see Dr McClenic for a plethora of reasons. He is always kind, compassionate and attentive. He takes his time and allows my husband to explain the issues he is having. I am so grateful that we were sent to him. He has helped my husband to have a better quality of life!

I received absolutely no management for my pain was treated like a junkie and turned away worst bedside at a kid I have ever experienced poor staff poor scheduling poor customer service

Dr. McClenic is the most caring, kind and compassionate doctor I have ever dealt with. I greatly appreciate all of his hard work in helping me live with chronic pain.

Would not come back! This guy makes you feel like a criminal and he keeps trying to push the more expensive treatments on you. No Thanks!

Worst customer service I have ever had with a doctor. The receptionist literally started yelling at me over the phone over about my insurance after I did exactly what they told me to do. No customer service skills at all. I will never use their services again.

He was the 11th Doctor and the last because he gave me answers, meds (he was concerned that my insurance wouldn't pay so he had a back-up plan-a 2nd med, but insurance did pay for the 1st) and 2 shots. I had 2 teeth pulled, but it wasn't a dental problem but that led to thousands of dollars in implants. It was a nerve in my face that caused extreme pain at times. Dr. McClenic gave me back my quality of life and I will always be grateful to him and sing his praises!
