Extremely rude staff… I have called and spoke with many different individuals there on the front end over the years and never felt like any of them were truly kind or accommodating. We stuck it out because we thought we’d get adequate care from the Dr. however, as time went on that was proven to not be the case. Appointment after appointment….time and time again my husband felt as if he wasn’t truly being listened too and he wasn’t getting any answers/solutions as to what was going on. We felt dismissed far to many times and decided to throw in the towel and leave the practice. Best decision we ever made! I find he doesn't seem concerned as I am about health issues. I have gone 2yrs with same health problems and found out he made false statement to er dr that caused lack of care with fractured tail bone spoke to chief of er to get it right this is when I decided I am done with him. Very disappointed in him !

He has been my grandma and moms doctor and mine for years and he is the best!

Dr. P is a good combination of informed and polite. He is very good at explaining the diagnoses and prescriptions. He is also not too proud to make recommendations toward specialists for matters beyond his expertise.
