Went to Athens Endodontics for a root canal and was seen by Chelsea and Dr.Pugh, I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the process by both, I delt mostly with Chelsea and she was pleasant and experienced and made the process fast,easy and mostly painless ???? 5 stars Chelsea!!

Very professional.Super nice people.Dr.Dean took time to explain and help me understand what was happening with my tooth.I appreciate all of you very much.I will be referring anyone who needs a root canal.Thank you for your time.

What an incredible change!!!! My family has had a total of 4 root canals done at this practice. All of the procedures were great and the staff was very friendly. However, the billing for the most recent procedure, now that has been a nightmare. We had the last procedure completed on Feb 4th. Our insurance processed the claim on the 5th. The billing staff at Hamilton Mill Endo insisted that our out of pocket was one amount, exactly $114 higher than what our insurance estimated. Hamilton Mill Endo insisted that we pay the higher amount which we did. Surprise surprise, our out of pocket was exactly what our insurance estimated, the lower amount. Now we are waiting on a refund. It’s been 6 weeks and all we continue to get is lip service and no check. $114 is a considerable amount to be hanging on too. Not how you should treat repeat patients. Especially ones that have always paid their bills. We will never return to this practice again.

From the minute I walked into the office the staff was friendly and professional. The office was clean and I felt covid-19 safe as the staff was practicing safety protocols. I went for a root canal the staff made me very comfortable and my procedure was painless. Dr. Pugh and Caitlyn was fabulous I would highly recommend this practice for any of your endodontic needs.

Dr. Pugh is absolutely the best! I wish he was a regular dentist! Very kind, proficient and professional.

My visit began as an urgent root canal need. They were able to get me taken care of promptly and efficiently. Dr. D and Heather his assistant pure symmetry.

Unfortunately have had to have a few root canals, but I wouldn’t use any one else. Staff is great. Procedure is quick and painless. Would definitely recommend Dr. Pugh!!

I went to the Hamilton Mill office. At my my appointment, I saw Dr. Bullard. He and Samantha were both great. Great Staff and peaceful atmosphere!

This is the second time I have been the patient of Dr. Pugh. He is a fantastic Endodontist. I was relaxed due to his calm professional demeanor and the fact that the previous visit went so well. If anyone needs a root canal he is definitely the best.

I needed a root canal that was more tedious than my dentist wanted to attempt. I was referred to Hamilton Mill Endodontics. I was given a same day appt and treated by Samantha and Dr.Bullard. The office was immaculate, clean and modern. Both Sam and Dr Bullard were kind, re-assuring, and efficient. The entire procedure from start to finish concluded in one hour and was easier for me than a regular filling has been. There was explanation before the procedure, no pain during procedure and post procedure follow up upon completion. I will need to keep my same insurance forever as they are in network and I will definitely use them again if such a need arises.

I saw Dr Anthony Didato. He and his staff were so efficient. I was worried about a root canal but it wasn’t as difficult as I imagined. They did great.

The visit was great . Dr.Pugh and staff were caring, understanding and help me deal with my fears . I felt no pain during my visit . A great job !! Thank you guys so much!!

From the moment you walk in the door you relax. It is a beautiful office and it is so comfortable and even smells nice! Unusual for a dental facility! Past the offices you see that this is a state of the art facility. Dr. Pugh is very nice and worked really hard to remove the difficult calcified roots in my tooth and I can't thank him enough for his diligence. He is excellent doctor! The staff is very nice and helpful and make you feel comfortable. They accepted my insurance and charged a reasonable fee for the procedure. I would highly recommend this doctor and this facility without hesitation.

Oh, my heavens! Need a root canal? This is the only place to visit. From the initial contact with the office staff to the immaculate facility to the utmost professionalism and skill set of the dental staff, Hamilton Mill Endodontics rates a perfect 10 every time. I have had three root canals done there; I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I marvel at the wonders of modern dentistry, and I am extremely grateful that Hamilton Mill Endodontics has perfected the practice of such.

I am so thankful Dr. Pugh and his staff were able to get me scheduled and seen within hours of a toothache that ultimately needed a root canal. He also performed a root canal for my son about 6 years ago. During both procedures Dr. Pugh and his staff were compassionate and professional during a stressful time. Excellent Excellent is how Dr. Pugh takes care of his patients. The entire staff welcomes and shows concern for each person’s needs. I have been a patient since 2011 and will continue to have Dr. Pugh treat my dental needs.

Our visit was with Dr. Didato at this office. My special needs family member needed a root canal. Dr. D was great about communicating with her and with me. He answered all of our questions and gave us his full attention. And the procedure didn’t take long at all.

Wow! Best dental experience in my 46 years!!!I was referred to Dr. Pugh for 2 crowns done by a local dentist that should have had root canals but instead were filled and closed and became terribly infected. Dr. Pugh and his team are simply the BEST!!!! It is clear he is a master at his craft. His expertise, efficiency, professionalism not to mention how quickly and pain free the whole procedure was really blew me away. His shots didn't even hurt. I and my family will NEVER go anywhere else!!!

After a horrible experience with another Endodontocs today I was able to get an emergency appointment at 3;15pm.with Dr.pugh thanks to Deborah at Dr. Petree office. I arrived on time as was greeted with a smiley face front office person. She said that they were waiting for me. Dr Pugh assistant said Dr. Pugh would be with me shortly. Long story short what a great experience, I know that’s hard to believe when your getting a root canal Dr. Phugh knows how to take care of business,

Dr. Pugh is an excellent doctor. I have had two root canal's. I experienced little or no discomfort or pain. The staff was very friendly and caring. I felt very positive about the experience. And the chairs there are so comfortable!

It is without reservation that I recommend Dr. Pugh. I had never had a root canal. So, I researched and met many dentists before selecting one to work on my mouth. Dr. Pugh has superior recommendations from hundreds of people, and years of successful experience doing thousands of root canals. I was looking for an expert, and Dr. Pugh is just that expert. He is also a very kind, caring person and he explains procedures very well. I trust him with my mouth; that is key! BTW, there was no pain!

I just had a root canal done by Dr Pugh and it went very smooth. There was no pain and he told me exactly what to expect and walked me through every step of it.

Dr Brian Pugh and his assistant Lauren were AMAZING! I went in because I was having issues with a bad tooth I was thinking it would have to come out. I wanted Dr Pugh check it out first just in case It could be saved! HE SAVED MY TOOTH he did a root canal all in one day. I hardly felt a thing no pain afterwards! wonderful experience I would recomend Dr. Pugh with very High marks to anyone.

Dr. Pugh took care of a root canal on my molar with confidence and speed. They were able to fit me in the same day I called. I was very impressed with the office and all the staff. It was really a very good experience, despite the root canal which are never fun.
