The work that he did on my daughter had to be redone and is absolutely criminal. I hope she posts a review and includes the photos of his negligence. Two dentists and an oral surgeon are still trying to fix the damage done by him. He absolutely should not have a license to practice dentistry. One star is far too high. Very knowledgeable and carrying professional. I have been using Dr. Rigby for over a decade and have no complaints or issues.

Dr Rigby and his staff have taken care of our family for 10 + years. Nothing but positive experiences. He takes time to explain what needs to be done and the reasoning. He has a wonderful staff.

Our whole family has gone to Dr. Rigby for many years. He and his staff are professional and friendly. We appreciate how clean and hygienic the office and equipment is. They have gone the extra mile in negotiating with insurance coverage. We have nothing but the highest regard for Dr. Rigby and his staff.

I’ve had a great experience here every time, I always leave feeling impressed with how pleasant and painless it was. Dr. Rigby is the most gentle dentist I’ve been to, he makes everything feel smooth and painless. The staff is fantastic, they are all really friendly and pleasant, and make everything feel easy and comfortable.

I have been going to this dentist for at least 4 years. I had zero problems with him or his staff. The staff and dentist is great. I have no clue why there would be any bad comments on here. Do not go to this dentist. I have had to have all his work redone by a more experienced dentist. Found out today that Rigby left a tool in one of my root canals. Find a different dentist.

I have been going to Dr. Rigby for over 20 years. I feel comfortable and hold a great amount of trust in Dr. Rigby as a dentist. I have had more then my share of dental work, and felt his work was not only excellent but also he is great with shots and always sure I experience as little pain as possible. I love and enjoy his staff, they are friendly and fun. I find it easy to get appointments and the staff is Excellent in appointment reminders. I would feel confident recommending Dr.Rigby.

Awesome dentist. He cam in for me on a weekend to help with my emergency. My tooth was splitting and he took great care of it. Was very knowledgable and really gentle. The office is new and clean. Seems to all be top of the line stuff. My teeth have felt great ever since.
