I was in to see another doctor recently, who mainly brushed off my concerns and made me feel as though coming in for the symptoms I was experiencing my was silly. My symptoms got very bad afterward, so I came in again and saw Dr. Loe today, whi was the earliest available doc, and I couldn't have been more pleased. She listened to my concerns, symptoms, and questions, and guided me through options and recommendations. At no point did I feel silly for my very serious concerns - nor did I feel like I was wasting her time, as I had prior with the other doctor. I left knowing the origin of my symptoms today and with a game plan for my future - and, just as importantly, feeling heard, believed, and validated as a patient by their doctor. As far as doctor's go, I rate her extremely high. She always spends as much time with me as needed. She is never condescending or rude and always professional. My husband also sees her and he very rarely likes any doctor and likes her and suggested I see her as well. I agreed with everything he said about her.

Found her manner rude and condescending. More concerned with her appearance than caring for her patient's and their needs.
