Pleased with the results. Dr was very straightforward and walked me through the surgery. Great surgeon.

I had upper and lower bleph in 2017? Everything went according to plan, successful surgery and recovery.

Complete waste of time! Not a good experience

Worst doctor visit ever. It was more of a non visit. If I was in his office for more than 3 minutes that would be an over statement. He was arrogant, dismissive, didn't even listen to my problem, didn't want to. He had come to his conclusion before he even saw me. He didn't look at my eyes, I never even took my glasses off. He kept telling me what he thought without even knowing my situation and touching my leg in a creepy way every time he spewed his canned opinion. I went there for help but I lost $100 for the "non-visit" as well as taking off of work for this waste of time. He truly is the most egregious doctor I have ever encountered. If you're considering this MD, do believe all of the negative reviews that he's gotten, based on my experience, they've got to be true and there are most definitely more negative reviews out there that haven't been posted. If you care about avoiding trigeminal nerve damage, do NOT go to to this”‘iD doc”. He operated on me 8/21/21 and the nerve pain as of 6/3/21 continues.

Dr Massaro is very to the point. He does not take any time socializing and at first I found this off putting , but when it came to the actual surgery he was fantastic. I am very very satisfied with my results. Thank you Dr. Massaro

After a referral from my regular physician, I met with Dr Massaro for a consultation earlier this year. He outlined exactly the procedure that would be necessary to correct my eyes. This elective surgery was put on hold due to the COVID restrictions. It was finally scheduled for 2 weeks ago. His team at the hospital was very helpful & he stopped to speak with me before surgery, again explaining the procedure. After surgery, he provided me with specific directions for care at home. I have just had my post-op appointment with him & both he & I are extremely pleased with the results. He is an excellent surgeon & I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks, Dr Massaro! Everything from my initial consultation thru the post op exam was an exceptional experience. Dr. Massaro and his staff are very efficient and friendly. I am extremelly happy with the results.

He is absolutely the best eye doctor in the area. He was very interested in getting me better, making sure I healed properly. Dr. Massaro was very kind and professional. I had two cysts removed from my lower eyelid. He explained the procedure and told me what to expect. He talked during the procedure, totally putting me at ease. He seems very experienced and has a good bedside manner. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Massaro and his staff are very professional and considerate. I am very pleased with the outcome of the two procedures I had done by them!

Dr. Massaro is quick, to the point. If you need someone with a warm fuzzy bedside manner, he is not your guy. But he is absolutely expert in eyelid repair. Would highly recommend. Staff is very helpful too.

Appointment was terrible! Not feeling well that day, I do daily dialysis and sometimes feel very sick and met with Dr and the first thing he said was "You don't look good, what's wrong with you". His tone was very harsh and felt no compassion at all. He went on to- what seemed like his way of trying to irritate me and continued asking me what my problem was. All I said was "I don't want to talk about it" and to get on with the appointment but once he saw he had annoyed me then then says "If you don't want to be here then you can just leave". How's that for someone who's supposed to be a care giver. He's a Very rude doctor and wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Appointment was terrible! Smooth surgery yesterday. Wonderful staff. Dr.Massaro made me feel confident & relaxed despite both eyes being treated. Excellent nursing staff & facilities.

Had to pay a $50 scheduling fee to make an appt. Then they billed my insurance! Was told he was the best in MKE, so I wanted to proceed. Asked for pre-authorization for insurance. Never heard another word. Surgery scheduler did not return my calls. I'll spend my $5000 somewhere else.

I went to Dr. Massaro for lower eyelid surgery. Dr. Massaro was recommended by my internist. The office, staff and Dr. Massaro were all extremely professional. The surgery itself went well and the recovery was fast. The general consensus from my friends and family is that it took ten years off my facial age. Dr. Massaro was careful to explain in detail the procedure, recovery time and all aspects related to the surgery. I was scheduled for three followup visits to ensure everything progressed as planned. I'm glad Dr. Massaro won't accept anyone covered under the Affordable Care Act. I'm covered under it and I wouldn't want him as a doctor. He is cruel. One of the least helpful doctors I have ever met. He laughed at me when I tried to explain my problem to him, didn't ask me any questions concerning the issue, and told me he wasn't going to do anything about it. The appointment lasted about three minutes tops, and the entire thing was him telling me how wrong I am. He is so rude, and it was a complete waste of time. I'm so disappointed.
