Dr. Mendez is an awesome doctor, listens to his patients. Takes his time. You are not a number with him, you are his patient. Very professional yet humble.

Doctor Mendez and his team are fantastic. They listen to their patients and get results. Communication is outstanding. They took excellent care of my father.

A month ago I left with Irene papers to be filled out, she told me that I would have them in two weeks. after several attempts to get my papers back, now Irene won't answer are calls and she has told the rest of the office stuff to ignores us. If they have an office manager she should teach those assistants to be empathetic with patients instead of being so unprofessional I'm not complaining about the doctors only about the treatment I have received from Irene and the rest of her co-workers that don't ha ve people skill. I was shock at the retaliation that you took against my husband, It was immature and unprofessional. My grandmother had an appointment with Dr. Mendez today and had received confirmation of her appointment as she usually does. When she arrived at the office she saw a sign that said “office closed today. No water. Please call to reschedule”. It is freezing cold right now, she is elderly, and had my mother rearrange her travel plans so she can take her to this appointment and the office/doctors did not have the professionalism and courtesy to call their patients to cancel appointments. Instead, they choose to let them drive to their appointment under risky driving conditions and we’re asked to call themselves to reschedule the appointment.
