He took time to review our charts and asked questions to find out more about our conditions. Discussed current medications and recommended changes to improve our conditions faster and suggested tests to properly determine if any additional treatment was needed. The visit wasn't rushed and we felt that he was really interested in helping us.

With all the help the office has, they seem to lag in professionalism, they do not follow through on their patients paperwork, they need to be able to access a patients needs more swiftly and they are all about the money. They do not have experienced nurses. I called about my medicine, tookthem2 weeks to straighten it out. The young people there are incapable of managing the patients needs and concerns. They need more experienced people.

Dr. Taylor has been treating my dad for years and it has not been a good experience. The fact that he does not practice in a hospital is a red flag for me Is the waiting room is always overcrowded and hours wait if he has a license to practice. He does not seem to care about his patients at all they cram up in a room like sardines and they look so desperate and too tired to go anyplace Else. I do not recommend this doctor my father is getting worse and worse but he won’t list

Good doctor, but the wait time is horrendous. The average wait time is about (4 hours) in and out with an appointment!

Wait time is ridiculous for even the simplest things!!!

Dr. Taylor is a wonderful doctor but I have to take leave from my job every time I have an appointment. I sit in the waiting room on average of two hours before I am called to the back for something simple. I am looking for another doctor because the wait time is ridiculous.

Don"t Try To Call for Any reason you will be put on hold until they close at 5 pm and when you do get thru or show up in person you have to play Medical Records Keeper, Accountant, Bookkeeper, Secretary, Receptionist and Patient, just forget it, stay away

He was very friendly and swift. He took time to listen to your problems thoroughly so he can diagnose the issue.

Dr. Taylor. is very polite and he listens to your concerns.

Awesome very friendly caring staff and the doctor loves his patients shows love and concern for his patients. Overall I loves this professional services.

Been here since 4:30. Still in waiting.

I went to Taylor Internal Meds in Prattville Alabama, I suggest No One Go There. I had numerous problems with FALSE POSITIVE Drug test which means I had to wait 2 Weeks for my perscriptions and no one could tell me why or what was causing False Positive Readings. This past weekend I get a bill in the mail from Millennium Laboratories for $1,100.00 for one test. My urine should have never even been sent to them because I passed a instant drug screen in the dr. office that day. Taylor Intenal Meds still sent the urine off to get ran. These guys are a joke. Dont recommend anyone going to them its a scam. After I question the Dr. Office, They tell me that the staff they had then is no longer there, but they can't do Jack about.
