Dr. Bryan Bertucci

I waited an hour and a half yesterday in a room and was never seen. Rescheduled for a virtual visit thinking that would be better (spoiler alert: it wasn’t) waited 40 minutes and got off. I called billing to make sure I wouldn’t be charged for either visit since I was never actually seen (I won’t be). I don’t know if it’s the doctor or the scheduling department, but he is obviously spread too thin. I don’t usually write reviews but want to warn other people before they spend hours waiting like I did.

Always friendly as is the staff. Have never had any problems with his office. Very thorough and professional.

My favorite doctor that would have been a pastor, if not for falling in love with medicine to help people heal and live healthier lives. I love you Dr. Bertucci & your staff!

I love Dr. Bertucci! Yes, he does ask you a lot of questions and he can "look on the computer" but that's so impersonal! He wants to hear from YOU about how you're doing, there's not a lot of doctors that still do that. You will NOT be in and out quickly with him, which is something else I appreciate it. Wait times can be long (but I find this is the case at nearly every doctor I've ever gone to) so if you are needing to hurry and are able to, get the first one in the morning, the first one after lunch or the last one of the day.

He is a very caring and interested doctor. He was here for all of us after Hurricane Katrina.

He seems to be a good diagnostician and is great for treating everyday illnesses - cold, hurt foot and so on. My problem is that every time I see him, It is like I am a brand new, never before seen by him patient. We start from the beginning with a history - I would think he could look on the computer he brings into the room to see all that information. My big complaint is the wait time - plan to spent 3 hours on a good day and even longer when they are busy,

Worst managed doctors office I have EVER had to interact with. I will never go back and I definitely do not recommend to anyone.
