Set up a telehealth just to tell me she couldn't address my issue via telehealth. Then charged me $155 out of pocket for the pleasure. I immediately changed doctors.

Dr Khan was very caring and helpful and seemed genuinely interested in my medical conditions and offered several options.

Did not seem concerned with my worries or questions. Felt rushed through my appointment despite having serious issues I was seeking help for. I was embarrassed coming to the appointment and then felt crushed that this Dr didn't give me the time of day.

Does not listen. I ended up in the ER with serious condition involving my brain. Could have gotten help sooner if she had listened to all my symptoms and not written me off.

My first visit with her was horrible, she really didn't seem to concerned about me,my ailments or any of my questions.I didn't feel comfortable or at ease with her. I'm already looking for a new PCP. I would not recommend her to anyone. I guess with Lahey taking over the North Shore and reducing salaries they must have a lot of spots to fill and are now hiring the from the bottom of barrel??

My physical exam was minimal at best. She did not seem interested in me or any of my questions. Knew little about my records.
