We get treated like zoo animals. They don’t pay attention to anything. They don’t listen to anything. It’s like a conveyor belt of pregnant women. You’re better off seeing a nurse practitioner in the family practice.

Please do not go to this office. The doctor, herself, isn’t bad. Her bedside manner isn’t great but that didn’t bother me because I care more about having a doctor who knows their stuff. As far as the staff they are awful. I will be reporting them to every outlet I can and hope I can shut them down. To keep it short I had a mammogram and the results came back stating I need more testing and imaging (tumors). Then the office can’t seem to do a simple referral. So, since they couldn’t send it correctly I have to keep calling them and the Steinberg to help them get the right codes. That’s correct.. I’m calling the imaging place to get the right codes then calling their office to if they can correct the codes and resend. I’ve never done this in my life. I’m doing all this because they won’t call the office back so they can tell them how to send the referral correctly. The office staff is rude and they DON’T return calls. They do not give a crap so don’t look for sympathy.

I am happy that I found Dr. Leaphart. She was professional and informative. The office staff were equally as professional. The office space is convenient and aesthetically pleasing.

She does not care about her patients at all and has a cold demeanor. I was suffering from a painful infection and she delayed calling in my prescription for 3 extra days because her office closes early on Fridays and neglected to phone in my prescription before they left for the weekend. Cold and uncaring. I will never go back to her.

Front desk staff is friendly and attentive which is a rarity in Las Vegas. I have never waited longer then 5 minutes for my appointment and scheduling is easy to do over the phone or online. Dr. Leaphart has great bedside manners and a great personality.

My visit with Dr. Leaphart-St. Cloud was the worst gynecology appointment I have had. Her bedside manner was very cold, dismissive, judgemental and unempathetic. I waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes after the appointment start time and 25 minutes after I entered a patient room. She was in and out of the patient room in less than 10 minutes. During my appointment, I asked to have a test for STIs and explained that I had not been notified by a previous OBGYN that I could still get HPV even if I had the vaccine. I explained that I had been given confusing information by a previous physician about whether I had HPV. I did not know that men are not tested for HPV during STI testing, which is why I did not know that I could get HPV from my partner even though his STI test came back negative for all STIs tested-HPV was not tested. She did not ask me any questions or offer to educate me. She simply told me that HPV is common. By contrast, her nurse was fantastic- very kind & helpful.

Went in for a annual exam and family planning. The staff was very professional and polite. Dr. Leaphart St. Cloud was also professional and attentive and honestly gave me good advice that I will follow. I don't understand some of the negative reviews on here when everyone at that office is professional.

At first I thought this was a nice OBGYN due to the office looking brand new.. Let’s start off by sayin how inconveniently hard it is to get ahold of anyone at this office, you can even dial in the hospital line and they won’t pick up, and if you leave voicemails they will never get back to them so you must follow up with your own calls to try and get ahold of anyone. The girls at the front desk are hit and miss, they are nice to some girls who walk in and to others you have to wait there at the front desk and tell them Hello before ever getting a response to let them know you’re here for your appointment. Doctor is nice but very cutthroat and gets to the point vaguely. I came in at 5 weeks pregnant and they congratulated me and all this.. but they messed up my bloodwork and I didn’t get my blood done until three months pregnant because they kept having many messups with not sending my lab work and having to try for a week straight to get ahold of the office. I waited an hour for my appt (I was the only person in the waiting room), then she pettily slams the door on me, my boyfriend and baby, and rudely yelled at us as we were walking by checkout, "good luck you two.. or three, good luck you THREE" b/c we let her know we would go with my last dr for convenience. She had me wait to tell me I'm pregnant and about how far along I am and possible due date. She says after we schedule an ultrasound in a couple wks we can get a more accurate date. I asked why we couldn't today & she said they have to schedule that stuff out because they "can't just take my word for it & give me a US right away", she also said I'd have to come in to get bloodwork results, they can't call for that (both things my last dr did) she talked to me like I was an idiot for nicely asking these questions so I could make a decision. Incredibly unprofessional.

I have been a pt of Dr Leaphart since 8/2018. She is amazing! The receptionist is very sweet and kind on the phone and in person. The nursing and support staff is very attentive to my needs and questions. I have never had any issues getting an appointment, even on short notice. Dr Leaphart even called me personally with PAP results, just to say everything was normal. She placed an IUD for me and went over all my options and help me decided with was best for me and my desired outcomes.

The doctor, Dr. Leaphart-St. Cloud, was cold and rude. When I asked questions she made me feel like I was dumb. She didn't give all the information and caused me an extra 1.5 hr trip. I cancelled an appointment and they still charged me 25. I would not recommend this place! Save your time and energy and find someone else! SHARING MY REVIEW because I dont want others to feel how crappy I felt after her nasty-service and attitude!!!!!

I visited this office after having being unable to get an appointment in time with my normal gynecologist to get my birth control refilled. My initial feelings when I went were that I didn't really like Dr. Leapheart's bedside manner but I didn't plan on returning there so I didn't waste my time posting anything about it. She also changed the birth control I had been on for years and years to control my PCOS to a progestin only one bc of some concerns she had with some of my other medications. I

She is always in a rush to leave the exam room. She sounds rude and condescending. She doesn't have time for her patient....the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor.

I really like Dr. St. Cloud. She explained what was happening with me very well- I felt a lot less scared after leaving her office than I thought I would. My procedure went well and she was there to walk me through it the whole time. I have recommended her to a few friends of mine.

Honestly was worst ever gyno Dr visit ever.....waited for over 25 mins for her to come in room ....she came in & was out in less than 5 mins. Didn't want to hear about any issues & brushed me off as if I was unimportant. Never going back to this provider!

It was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. She was not informative whatsoever. I had many concerns and questions and she was so dismissive. She acted like she didn't have time to speak to me. I am young and new to the world of womanhood and she did not make me feel at ease. I will not be returning to Dr. Leaphart-St. Cloud, and will never refer anyone to her.
