Walk-ins were being seen before me when I had a scheduled appointment. In the 2.5 hours I was in the building I spent 5 minutes with a nurse and 10 with the doctor. My physical consisted of my weight and blood pressure being recorded. I was asked the same questions that I answered in the paperwork. I was not informed that blood work was part of this physical and fasting was required to get accurate results. When I asked what I would be charge to get my bloodwork done the check-out said I would have to pay the price of an additional appointment even though I was not notified of what was required for my physical. Pushy with her recommendations for treatment. I had asked if the superficial issue I had was something I should have greater concern for. Her response was ‘Well, if you’re coming in to see me you must be concerned so you should fill these prescriptions.’ AVOID THIS DOCTOR The nursing and customer service staff was fantastic.

She is a good listener, very professional, very nice, she has empathy and understand your concerns, she really cares and she is a good doctor. I would recommend her to families and friends.

Visited this doctor a total of two times. Was kept waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time on both occasions. The office was completely packed wall to wall with patients, keep in mind this is during peak corona time. The nurse was amazing, she deserves 5 stars. However, Dr. Rivera is rude and pushy. I went in for a simple routine physical for school and she tried to force many other tests and procedures on me other than what I needed. They also do not carry any vaccinations. Waste of time and money. Avoid avoid avoid.
