Great Doctor….. Very professional staff

As new patients coming from another practice, the immediate sense of relief at the care and attention offered has already been a win.

Doctor is ok. Receptionist not so nice. Been coming here for 2 years no issues. Last time I visited we were treated very badly. We were told to wait in car for covid testing and that we had 2 patients ahead of us. My 6 year old had to use the bathroom and we were denied(due to covid) and was reassured that we will be seen shortly. As I was waiting in the car I saw 4 families walk out of the office, about 5 families entering the office and 2 cars that came after me drive up get tested and leave but mind you we only had 2 patients ahead of us. When I called to see what was happening I guess they didn't realize they picked up the phone but I heard them talking in a very nasty way about me. An hour and twenty minutes later we were seen. We just visited Dr. Soranno's office for the 1st time. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Soranno was great. He took the time to answer all of my questions and did a great job of making my 4yr. old daughter feel comfortable during her visit. I would definitely recommend!!

VERY friendly office. Dr. Soranno, as well as, ALL the staff, like Tanya and Sue are very kind, helpful and quick to respond back.

My experience with this office was unforgettable. All though we don’t go here anymore due to insurance issues the nurses, staff and doctor Carl S. treated my children like there own I highly recommend.

Highly recommend, wonderful doctor and staff. Always very accommodating with my needs and children. Professional and friendly. Old school doctor but truly one of the best in town!

I just wanted to say how wonderful this place has been for me and my children! We moved here 5 years ago and kept having to travel to our previous doctor in east meadow! I found Dr.Sorrano on google and I am so thankful I did! First phone call to book an appt for my 7 and 5 yr old as new patients, I called and I spoke with Iessha ( excuse me if I spelt wrong) she was the most helpful, friendliest person to me and the concerns I had about getting my children in! I explained my daughter needed a COVID test but how extremely terrified she was with going to the doctors. Her response- “no worries Mrs.Dwyer we will make sure she is comfortable! “ - Indeed, They sure did! She came out to my car and helped ease my daughter with her kind voice and reassuring words! She let me fill all paperwork out in Parking lot! It was so easy to get my daughter in by the time we got called to go inside !! When we met Barbara our nurse she was incredibly friendly and even had the same birthday as my daughter ( It was definitely a change in my daughter’s attitude after that!) Dr.Sorrano was amazing and continues to help in all the needs that my children and I need- he even worked with me for a telamed because I had to travel! My daughter left with a smile on her face and said “I like them mommy!, they were nice! “ — of course they gave lollipops too! If I could recommend any pediatrician office it would be Dr.Sorrano and his team! This is what us parents, especially mothers like to know is we don’t have to drag a kicking and screaming child/children into the office! Dr. Soranno is a wonderful dr! As a first time mom who has a million of questions when something seems off with my son especially since he was a preemie, he’s always been just a call away. We’ve even called at 12 am and he called us right back which is a plus!

I love Dr.Soranno. We've been coming here for 15years now. When we first moved to Long Island from Queens he was suggested to us. My daughter Hailey was two when we first moved here. Her and my son both have asthma so when I say we see him a lot WE SEE HIM A LOT. He fixes them right up. He's an old fashioned but hip no nonsense doctor. He's with the times but with that old fashioned feel when you step into his office you have that "at home" feeling. He likes to be involved with asking the kids about school etc. They aren't just "another patient" to him. He asks them about themselves and is invested in them. My son was excited that he remembered telling him he was going beach camping and that Dr.Soranno had asked him on our next visit how his camping trip was. Little things like this add up and he constantly does it. It means a lot to me as a parent. Your kid feels the difference and that means a lot. A doctors visit can be a scary experience for a kid especially if they don't like the doctor it can be a downright chore. HIs staff as well have it all sewed up over there. There are no "bumbling" people working there. The nurses are efficient & not idiots. We especially love Tanya. They know their stuff whether it's billing, appointments, papers you may need faxed to a school or any other paperwork. They are on the money for it all! I really hate to leave a bad review for a place I've been coming to since I was a child over 20 years ago but this office is going downhill. I should have known this was not the place for my family from my first visit where the receptionist was sneezing all over the place, wiping her nose, and then touching everything from the phone to pens and paperwork with no handwashing or sanitizer in between. It is a little unorganized and run down office. This place needs an update and a deep cleaning. The office staff is old, a little rude, and very forgetful(Not all). The woman who answered the phone forgot to put me on hold so as I'm waiting I'm hearing all of the snarky comments she's making about me. Not very professional at all. Wait times can be long. The only redeeming thing about this place is the doctor. If I was rating solely based on him, it would be more than 5 stars. He is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and caring. He addresses all of your concerns and does a great job of explaining issues. If you don't mind dealing with some of the office staff, go here for the doctor and you won't be disappointed. He is such a great doctor! It’s easy to make an appointment, and the staff is friendly and very patient. Dr. Soranno takes his time to explain everything to parents!

Hands down best doctor! My girls love going, they never stress or get nervous when we have to go. Dr. Soranno is very caring and compassionate. I love that he is so reserved to giving antibiotics especially when u go to a walk in and they give u a list of medications to take. Dr. Soranno always takes the time to make sure u understand your child’s needs and his staff is as amazing as he is. I highly recommend this practice! Hands down best doctor! So glad we switched to Dr. Sorrano! He is knowledgeable, caring and thorough... Our first visit he picked us on an issue previous doctors had missed. So thankful to have been referred to him.

Dr. Soranno and his staff are knowledgeable and understanding. I would recommend them to everyone and am so happy that we found them for our little guy ones!

His experience is bar none! I love that he is the only doctor there and I am not seeing med students or anyone else. He is conservative and does not rush to recommend procedures that other doctors would normally push for. And the nurses are all so nice as well! My LO loves him and our visits are stress free.

Excellent Dr.! My mother who is 50 saw his father, my brother and my self saw his father and the current dr. (The son). And now the new addition to the family my 11 month old is seeing him!!! I recommend him to anyone. If I could still be seen by him I would!

Excellent! Previously I went to a doctors office in I never saw the actual doctor - mostly students. There is only one doctor in this office and he gets to know your child really well. I am so glad I made the switch.

Dr. Carl Sorrano is a great doctor with patience. I learned if this office from my aunt who's children are now in and nearing their 30's. This office still runs the same way...efficiently.
