Dr Thornfeldt is a very very intelligent doctor, not just in Dermatology, but in so many other areas of health, nutrition and medicine! He has treated my skin cancers for the past 20 years, and he is our "go to" referral for friends and family when they have a medical issue that has been difficult to diagnose! Dr Carl is irreplaceable to our community!

Dr. Thornfeldt is a highly respected dermatologist with my highest recommendation. As a dentist myself, I understand medicine and know when I have good one. His care for me and my family has been perfect. I really appreciate his practice philosophy, ethics, and knowledge base. He is the best.

Dr Thornfeldt is very straightforward and smart. I didn’t just want to be treated I wanted to know the ‘why’s’. I feel like he delivered and gave me a thorough tour of my diagnosis. While it will take time to see the results of my extensive treatment plan I feel that I could not be in better hands. Hard to get in to, worth the wait in my opinion.

Dr. Thornfeldt was not only willing to take on my son's case, he saved his life. He continues to be our biggest advocate in finding the best treatment options for an extremely rare condition. Thank you Dr. Thornfeldt!

Dr Carl has been treating me since I was 13. I’m now 49. He recently diagnosed an underlying autoimmune disease that, until now, no other Dr has been able to figure out. Because of him I not only will have a longer life but a BETTER life. He also treats my parents, Grandfather and my children. I feel profoundly blessed to have in in our community. I would follow him to the end of the earth if needed. I’m beyond grateful for him and as an RN he is one one the finest physicians I have yet to meet

Dr. Thornfeldt is a very caring doctor and he is very thorough in explaining your treatment plan. I was diagnosed with a rare form of skin cancer "Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma". I am so thankful that he is up to date with current medicine that is available to treat this rare cancer.

What an awesome Dr. I came in with a random tattoo problem and he knew right away what it was. Turned out to be a crazy parasite that i got in Hawaii. . . . He has helped above and beyond what i would expect a Dermatologist to do. He is an amazing person and very helpful

After years of frustration & searching for solutions, working with doctors to resolve problematic atopic dermatitis onset by Fungal, Extreme Peeling, Cracking of Ears with Constant Allergy Issues I was fortunate to walk into Dr. Thornfeldt's office. Dr. Thornfeldt performed a real diagnosis and treatment of the problem. My wife couldn't believe the change. Hats off to Dr. Thornfeldt and his professional staff!

Very thorough

I believe Dr. Thornfeldt is one of the best Dermatologists in the Country. He is always up the latest research and provides excellent care for his patients. I have been seeing him for approximately 20 years and feel he has continued to stay on top of all my skin issues including prevention. I have also used the Epionce Products he help invent and feel those are essential in keeping my skin cancer issues at bay.

Dr. Thornfeldt has an extremely high level of competence and keeps up-to-date in his field.

I have been seeing Dr. Thornfeldt for more than 10 years. He is attentive to your problems, gives you many options to fix them, and explains as he goes. The staff is kind and quick when taking care of the bill or scheduling future appointments. I highly recommend.

Could not have been more pleased! I have been cured!! Many visits to other doctors with no results! DR Thornfeldt is an amazing doctor!

I have been a patient of Dr. Thornfeldt for over 30 yrs. He has helped me tremendously. I would have had some very serious problems without his help. He is extremely through and knowledgable and explains procedures to you very well. I have a ton of confidence in his abilities. I will not go to anyone else.

Always a learning opportunity with this extraordinary physician. Excellent treatment and care

Make sure ALL costs for treatment are discussed up front and what you will be responsible for. A family member received multiple light treatments for Psoriasis, insurance paid their portion which wasn't what was quoted and ended up with a $5,000.00 bill. Started a payment plan and sought a second opinion for treatment as light therapy not working. Immediately sued for FULL payment, office contacted, would not consider larger monthly payments, wages garnished at 25%, HUGE financial drain family!

Dr. Carl truly is an outstanding Dr who cares a great deal about the health of his patients. He loves to care for the common folks and the aged folks.

I have been going to Dr. Thornfeldt for 18 years. He has handled many of my complex skin conditions--mainly psoriasis. He offers alternative treatment readily. I highly recommend him.

I am very pleased with Dr. Thornfeldt. He listens very well to my symptoms and can determine my needs quickly. He has been my Dermatologist for many years and with the changes in my allergies in the last couple of years, he has been very helpful in making my life more bearable.

I highly recommend Dr. Thornfeldt. He truly cares about you. I encourage you to look him up and read about his achievements, they are many. I was diagnosed with Lupus. That was a very scary diagnosis. When I was told of this I learned that Dr. Thornfeldt himself has Lupus, he told me so. Now I don't know about you, but I can't think anyone I would choose over someone who really understands skin problems/auto-immune problems, than someone who knows first hand what it is like.

I have been seeing Dr. Thornfeldt for 20+ years and he is AMAZING!! Most knowledgeable physician I have ever seen, is always on the cutting edge of research and treatment options. Great staff and location. I drive an hour to see him, even though there are numerous dermatologists within ten minutes of my house.

I have been very pleased with my visits. Dr Thornfeldt has been very professional a personal he is concerned about me and my family and what is going on in our lives and I appreciate that.

A great doctor who cares about his patients. He has been my dermatologist for over 11 years and he checks very carefully for any skin conditions that may be cancer as I have a history of skin cancer. He always remembers me and asks about my family.

I am very impressed with Dr. Thornfeldt. He is the only Dr. I have seen that was able to clear a skin problem I have dealt with for years. When I went in for a skin surgery for basil cell carcinoma, the first thing he did was to ask if he could have a prayer. That comforted me greatly. He is a good man and a great Doctor!

Dr. Thornfeldt found my melanoma and took care of it with surgery. He is a great doctor and knows what he is doing.

Dr. Thornfeldt has been my doctor since I heard about him from another mother at my children's church youth group. My kids are in their mid-30's now, and Dr. Thornfeldt is still my doctor of choice! Dr. Thornfeldt & his staff really care, and they keep working with you, no matter how complex your condition is. He is thoughtful, thorough, & more knowledgeable than any doctor I've ever been to. I see Dr. Thornfeldt much more than I do my gen MD, because I feel I receive the best all-around care.

If it's possible to give 0 stars I would! Their office manager said he is into more natural things and get to the root of the problem. That's BS! For a mild case of eczema they wanted to do two kinds of steroids, 2 kinds of prescribed allergy meds, antibiotics, and his own line of cream. I declined this aggressive route, and they reported me to CPS! The case was quickly dismissed. This guy thinks he's God. If you really want to get to the root of your skin problems, find a naturopath!

I have suffered from a skin disease for fifteen years now. My primary care Dr. would periodically prescribe me doxycycline or tetracycline before referring me to a dermatologist who began me on minocyline. This controlled the problem but did not rid it. Dr. Thornfeldt was quick to take a culture and find out that I had a bug that was resistant to these medications. He started me on a regimen that began working right away and my skin has never felt better. The hr. drive is well worth it!!!!

have been going to him since 1998 and he is a wonderful doctor!!!!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Carl because he cares about his patients and is very thorough in finding problems other doctors may miss.

Dr T helped me calm down a severe, very itchy rash when others could not. My quality of life is vastly improved as we work on treatment. Dr T knows his stuff. I highly recommend him and his staff.

He is an ablsolutely amazing Doctor. Very educated in the field of dermatology. He diagnosed a problem for my son that had been going on for over a year and other dermatologists didn't know what it was. We are thankful he was able to get us in and give us an accurate diagnosis.
