Dr. Carlos Castaneda

I wish I could do zero stars! This Dr is very unprofessional and rude. I was one of two patients that checked out of the Sienna Methodist ER against medical advise because of his manners. After waiting a couple hours on any notice of an EKG, blood work and being monitored for HBP he started to argue with me about information he never gave me such as being transferred to a hospital and then began to tell me he spoke “plain english” when he had come in to talk to me about 2 hrs before the nurse had come in for the transfer. This ER is convenient and great but the DR is horrible!!
