I would never recommend this doctor she has a terrible attitude right from when she walks into the room. She never reads the chart before walking into the room, as she has ran out to ask me questions as I was scheduling the next appointment. I get the feeling from her that I'm a total bother, waste of her time, and she personally don't care about anything other than weight. Even though I've lost 40 some pounds she continues to cast her attitude about losing weight and cares about nothing else

I have seen Dr. Hicks sever times. I first saw her 27 years ago. I have nothing but good things to say about her!

She was rude from the moment she walked in the door even though it was my first initial visit with a physical exam. She acted as if I was there just to try and trip her up with my confusing answers to her questions. I never got mad and answered as best I could and she would cut me off with a very flippant 'That doesn't mean anything to me' and 'Let me finish' for starters. Horrible people skills. She treated me this way in front of my five year old daughter who I brought with and acted as if she wasn't even in the room. She may know medicine but to be a good doctor she doesn't even begin to have a bedside manner or trace of compassion. I went there hoping a female doctor would be better. She blew my theory out of the water. The office staff was wonderful and Bonnie was the only shining star in the place.
