She is very impatient and impolite. I would say “ RUDE” She won’t explain to her patients either before or while doing the procedures. Acting like she is a queen, no questions should be asked, do whatever she said! No consideration at all. I don’t care how much education she received. I see her as an uneducated individual! Won’t recommend her!!!

She knows her stuff but she talks really fast.. like really fast. It is very easy to be overwhelmed with information because she talks very fast and assumes you know as much about derm as her. Once I had a cyst and she was ready to extract it. Like she told her assistant to get the knife. She did not tell me of any other options but I had cysts before and she gave me a cortisone shot before. So, I then told her I wanted a cortisone shot. Else she was going to cut my cyst out and leave a scar.

Bad front desk service and attitude. My acne is still there after the first visiting. I don't wanna go a second visiting since the woman who received a call has a horrible attitude. So I don't wanna go again.
