Went for my first eye visit today. The front desk area was super friendly, I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked in. Dr. Hendy was great. She took her time went over everything with me worked with me on finding the perfect glasses it was just an overall excellent experience!

Dr. Hendy is the best!! She always takes care of me and my boys!

My experience with Dr. Hendy was great! She and her staff are very friendly and helpful. She reaches out to patients without insurance by offering special, money saving deals. My total price for an exam and glasses was no more than when I had vision coverage????

Always super nice and they to help good people

They put new lenses in my glasses with all the bells and whistles. Once I got them, I noticed the left lens had a defect that was only noticable at night. I tried to ignore it and just move on but it got to be too annoying. Eyedeal stood behind their work and replace not one but both the lenses months after purchase. The new lenses are spot on. Thanks for standing by your work!

I had a great experience! The entire team did a wonderful job. The front office personnel and dr. hendy took great care of me. They are always on time and you never have to wait long at all.

Eyedeal Eyecare and Caroline are amazing! They’re so professional and helpful, as someone who’s never had glasses they sat me down an actually showed me step by step on how to put them in and take them out! I’ve been going here for almost 10 years and i wouldnt go anywhere else!

Let me just start by saying that I was having a terrible day. Was very late for my appointment, stuck in traffic, ran out of gas. Literally just hanging on by a thread by the time I got there but the staff at eyedeal eyecare made my entire day. It was my daughters first trip to the eye doctor and they made us feel very comfortable. Very friendly environment. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. I have been going to eyedeal for several years and I am always pleased with the service I receive from Dr. Hendy and her staff. One of the best things about the office is how time efficient they are. I have never waited longer than 10mins to be seen from my appointment time and yet I have also never felt like they are rushing my appointment. Kendra at the front desk is super sweet and very helpful with any questions. Also my contacts came in within two days from ordering which just magic in my opinion. Great overall experience. They always seem to get me in quickly. No long wait times. Staff is professional and polite. Dr. Hendy is very good. A few minutes and she knows what needs to be corrected and gets down to business. Great prices and beautiful facilities and showroom!

My son did not need glasses but she said he did and of course I trusted her and got the glasses. He could not see! Took him to another eye Dr and they were shocked he was in glasses and that is why he couldn't see! She is rude and staff is just as rude and unprofessional as she is

I really like that she listens to what you have to say and explains everything that’s going on and takes the time to talk with you! The whole crew are just amazing very professional, sweet and Dr. Caroline and Her Staff provided Me with the best care doing all the tests, exams, and helping Me pick out new Eye Glasses! Check the lens before you even put them on because if they are scratched on the inside They will tell you you did it and not fix it. Everyone there acts like you are wasting their time. Never again
