Dr. Carolyn R O'Connor

Very poor communication amongst staff. Very disorganized as well. Dr acted like she could care less about me as a patient.

Dr. O Connor is experienced and excellent at diagnosis an treatment. When I met her I couldn't do stairs anymore and was living with pain and arthritis strength Tylenol and topical. I have my life back now.

I have GCA Which she said she knew well. After eight months of being on the wrong medications and usually seeing her resident and not her, I changed doctors and practices, immediately began new medication, and within one week was much stronger and in much better shape. Some of the medications she prescribed, my new physician immediately discontinued. I also had trouble getting my records transferred to the new doctor, and had to threaten going to the board.
