Dr. Divin was the 4th optometrist I have been to in Central TX, and probably the 10th optometrist I've been to in my lifetime. She is the ONLY one who adjusted my contact lens prescription to perfection--both for reading and for distance. I was always led to believe that at my age I had to choose one over the other. I liked the fact there was no waiting to get an appointment nor waiting once I arrived. She did not double/triple book like many others in Waco. She demonstrated true caring for my eye health. I have see Dr Carrie for the last 4 years I had a bad infection in my eyes and it was painful and draining my own primary wouldn’t do anything for me she gave me something and it cleared the pain and infection up I will recommend her to everyone.

My family and I have been using Dr. Divin for our eye exams for a number of years. We have found her and her staff to be very professional, thorough, kind. We would not consider going elsewhere for our eye exams.

I have using Dr. Divin for a few years now. I have never had any issues with her or her staff. Dr. Divin has always taken her time to explain to me what's going on, and the reason behind it. She's always been very friendly and professional.

Dr. Divin has been the only person to do my eye exams since I was a child and I have never had any complaints! I feel she truly cares for each individual person and their needs!

I have gone to Dr Divin for years for my eye exams. When continuing to use a health care professional I look at 3 things - someone I can trust, a good listener, and someone who will take the time to explain their diagnosis. I give Dr Divin 5 stars for each.

Had really bad experiences at another place i went so i was a little nervous, but the staff put me at ease. I now travel from 45 minutes away just to get my check ups, i will NOT see anyone els. They were professional, nice, and it was one of the better experiences i have had at an eye doc. Thanks so much

This was my first visit with Dr. Divin and I was thoroughly pleased with my appointment. Her receptionist was more than helpful in helping me set up an appointment and giving me information about my potential visit. I don’t know if the time and day affected this, but I was in and out in a short amount of time: filled out paper work, Dr. Divin performed the exam, gave me a trial pair of lenses and wrote my prescription, and I paid for my exam — all in under 30 minutes (maybe less)! She also maintained the perfect level of professionalism and was personable; she interacted nicely with what seems to be a long-time patient/“a regular”, and that made me feel like I was going to be in good hands. I will be moving cities here in a few months but would definitely make the commute to come back to her office as needed because this is the first time I’ve felt comfortable and taken care of by a(n eye) doctor. I love Dr Divin. She is very professional, I have never had any issues with her or her staff. My only regret is my work changed insurance providers and I am no longer able to use her. For those who gave her low reviews and commented on attitudes, I have never seen the like. My only thought on them is comparing them to people who dont like hearing the truth and take offense at everything, unless its their way period.

I scheduled an appointment to obtain an contact lens fitting as well as an eye glass fitting. I chose Dr. Divin based on the excellent fitting she did for me previously. She is very good at what she does.I see an ophthalmologist regularly due to a chronic eye condition, but no one has provided me with the correct fitting like Dr.Divn has. My concern is not with Dr. Divin and this review is not about her. My problem is with her assistant and my encounter occurred when she attempted to check my eye pressure. I attempted to explain that i am unable to have certaint preliminary screenings done per the instruction of my ophthalmologist. She proceeded to tell me that it was required by the State of Texas. I explained that per my ophthalmologist- I was unable to undergo the method of testing she was attempting to use (there are alternative ways to obtain the reading she wanted to get). She then proceeded to tell me in not see many words that it wasn’t my decision and it was up to Dr. Divin. Due to her unprofessionalism and the fact that she was going to expose me to something harmful despite my telling her I couldn’t, I cancelled my appointment. Once again- Dr. Divin is excellent at what she does, if you can make it safely past her assistant into the exam rshe on. She is great

She is so very nice to me I don't care where the mission relocates me I travel just to her only to exam my eyes only she is always nice compassionate to me ALWAYS when i.need help she always make sure I can.See I truly am very grateful for her.

No only is her staff rude but she's rude too , never going back . But what did I expect going to an Optometrist in Bellmead,Tx lol Got my prescription and ran out of there .

The office is professional, and Dr. DIVIN knows her stuff. I have gone to her for 3 years and have always been treated with courtesy and professionalism. I would and have recommended her.

Dr. Divin is great but her staff can be very rude and have attitude issues.

My brother, my mom and dad, and I appreciate Dr. Divin and her staff for taking care of our contacts and eye glass needs over the past eight years. They have great office hours and are very flexible when scheduling appointments. Dr. Divin was very patient with me when I went to wearing contacts.

Excellent

Absolutely horrible customer service. Not a friendly environment at at. The receptionist was no help and the doctor wasn't much help either. I will not be using them ever again or recommend them to anyone.
