Terrible service. Made my medical issues even worse in a single visit I was told to wait and give it time. No contact from anybody so I had to push for further service. Felt ignored and put a bad review on another site and here. Thereafter, I was actually reached out to by a staff leader. She was nice But unable to help me in any way. Shame on you TUCC for not using your hearts to make decisions. After 2+ years, the specialist is still unable to admit her mistakes. The staff failed to take any responsibility. On top of all this, the staff denied to offer me any additional help. Nor did they ever contact me after the damaging visit. It was ALL up to me. I am 50 years old and this is my only negative review that I ever have posted online. I never have witnessed a group of medical staff like this that don't actually care for their patients Especially, when all they did is make my issue much worse. Dr Sorensen was very polite before my procedure. Then after continous follow due to infection repeatedly returning, demeanor took the most obvious nose dive. The business model became extremely evident that unless you need surgery there is absolutely no interest in your problem. Be careful not to ask any questions no matter how small this will use up your 2 minutes of time allowed after you waited months to see him. It has been many years since I last saw Dr. Sorensen, M.D.; he was wonderful, he and I along with the nurse could not stop laughing at each others one liners. Doctor did not miss a beat. Dr. Carsten walk on water. I hope to see you soon.

This office is absolutely awful. The doctor, Dr. Sorensen was wonderful when I first saw him and I was excited to return. I had something come up that needed medical attention asap, so I scheduled and appointment with them for today, and received TWO confirmations from their office about this appointment. This morning however the staff tells me he is not even in office, and when I called to figure everything out the receptionist, Joy, was absolutely horrid. She was rude, unhelpful, and did not even apologize once that this was 'how the system works'. HORRIFIC PLACE, DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL COSTS. This office is absolutely awful. Dr. Sorensen provided excellent, efficient care that helped me overcome a life-threatening condition. He was easy to communicate with; saw me at the scheduled appointment times without delay; and my surgery produced the desired results.

Sorensen took over my botched case of cancer from Mueller. The first time I saw him he gave me the bum's rush. The next time I saw him I insisted I was having trouble. Not until then did they discover I have terminal prostate cancer. Otherwise, he would have pushed me out the door again. Further contact with him was a waste of time as well. Don't waste your time or your life with this clown or the other incompetents at TUCC.

Dr. Sorensen is a professional and caring physician who took time to listen and prescribe the proper tests and care for my symptoms. He looked beyond the immediate problem and made sure he covered all possible issues concerning my symptoms. He is very personable and down to earth, but professional at the same time. I can confidently recommend him to anyone looking for a great urologist. His staff is very caring and professional as well.
