Very unprofessional mean hatefull people n u can tell just by calling very rude put me on hold for ever hang up call again n the same lady put me back on hold for ever again n mad asked me questions on top of that I will never even call there or get anything done w them.. I'm scared please be careful...

Great doctor, Very happy with his care

It was poor. He didn’t answer to my questions. He didn't even gave me a clear diagnosis. He said that what my son has just happens and there is nothing for it.

This is 1 mos. after blepharoplasty with Dr. Casimiro Gonzalez. I am not happy with the results as of yet. Dr. Gonzalez said he didn't guarantee 100% symmetry after the healing, but I didn't hear this until post op when I brought up my concerns to him. The pictures speak for themselves.

I saw Dr. Gonzalez for a blepharoplasty surgery 3 mos ago, but I am not satisfied with the results. The swelling is gone but my eyes are asymmetrical. My right eye is still droopy while the left is perfect. The only reason I sought him out was to get a rejuvenating look and to put on makeup and show off my eyes. Now, I can't even look at anybody straight in the face & I turn side ways hoping people won't notice the asymmetry. I told him but he did not offer to fix it and didn't seem to care! BOO

I did left eye ptosis surgery and I didn't see the result. When I talk with the doctor about my appeal he told me you didn't see the result I see it and turn off the phone. Only doctor want is money he didn't care what happen after surgery.
