Catherine S Atup Leavitt

I had to wait for 6 months to see her for the first time. She's a caring and very attentive doctor. Through my experience, her appointments seemed to be rushed every time I saw her. I felt like either I took up her time or she wanted to see someone else more important than me. In addition, she seemed to quickly change her diagnosis indications/my medications as she went along without looking at my chart. When I said that I felt better, she put down that I was tired, and etc. She made up the never existing medical conditions that I never had in one of the visits I had with her - in a 5-minute conversation. She seemed to be overbooked with too many patients that she couldn't respond back in a timely manner regarding to my medical condition.

She was my and my husbands Dr when we lived in Idaho She is the most caring Dr anywhere. Sadly we are in North Carolina now and Miss her so much .

I miss Dr Atup-Leavitt as she was my MD in Idaho. She is a wonderful Doctor and a very caring person. I wish her the very best in California and they are very fortunate to have her. Denise Whitesides

We had Dr. Atup Leavitt for about 3.5 years until she move out of state. She cares about her patients. She reads their charts before the appointment. At one of the wellness physical she took at my husband and said "he looks a little pale" she order blood work and he was anemic. Always thinking about the patients health. We miss her.

She reads your chart before your appointment, she usually has your blood work done before a wellness physical if at all possible. She is very proactive in her exams. Again I cannot stress how important for a Dr. to read your chart before the appointment. I had a test done Jan. 2019, results were in my chart. Then in Feb. 2019 Dr. (new) had schedule me for the same test for end of Feb. 2019. So at my appointment I asked Dr. (new) why was I being test again? Since the report in mychart said repeat in one year. So he changed the test to 2020. He apparently did not read my chart nor the test results. Been seeing this new Dr. for 2 years. Feb. 2019 Dr. Leavitt move to Nampa and we live in Meridian so still want a St. Luke's Dr. so we pick Dr. (new). What a difference in the care from Dr. (new) to Dr. Catherine S. Atup-Leavitt she is the best.

Dr Levitt is thorough, kind, professional. We started going to her in 2010 after my then Internal medicine Dr brought me close to death. My husband and I are sure she is the best Dr either has ever had
