An incredible doctor. caring, thoughtful, thorough and very knowledgeable

Only reason I gave 4 stars for urgent appointments is because the office does its best to get you in with any provider, but it’s never actually with Dr Shafts herself. Very smart, however can come off condescending, and rude, often seems bothered or annoyed if I don’t fully understand what she says or ask questions. Also, nearly every visit I spend almost an hour with a student then sit in the exam room for another 30 mins before seeing the doctor for maybe 3 minutes at most

They as well as daykimbal turned my 5 year old away over a $20 copay I didn't happen to have on me at the time. Really I think all doctor's need to stop thinking of everyone with health insurance as "CASH COWS" and do there jobs .....first do no harm. And if they bothered to look every bill paid on or ahead of time. We are people not a means to an end for you and your excessive need for money and the happiness you think it gives you. This Dr. should be reported, for her lack of ethics as a doctor...I was so sick and she just didn't care.....I would not recommend her to my worst enemy.
