Remarkably gifted physician and brilliant diagnostician

Dr London is a fearless advocate for patients everywhere.

Very listening and caring. Finally someone who goes the extra mile.

For me, Dr. London has been a respected source of honest, up to date medical information. I have found her insight to be most valuable.

Cathleen is the epitome of a genuinely wonderful doctor: She uses evidence based medicine. She is supportive. She places her patient’s well being first. And so importantly she LISTENS. Dr London is the best doctor - I was very fortunate to be a patient of hers. She is an 'old-school' type of professional, the kind you rarely find these days: she listens to you, analyses your situation as a whole (not simply addressing to a small problem, but trying to find root causes for them), is straight forward assessing a patient's situation and believes everyone has a right for proper yet affordable healthcare. Great family doctor, I was luckily referred to her in one of my fragile moments - postpartum, I am forever grateful for everything she did for me and my son. Great doctor who cares so beautifully for her patients. They are the centre of all she does.

The office is so inviting and cozy, the staff members are kind and caring, and Dr. London is so smart, humorous, and straight forward. I recommend her so much, and her prices are very affordable.

She obviously does not care for all her patients, only the females. I would think twice about being open and honest with her about how you're feeling if your a man. Dr London don’t even bother replying to my post that “I’m not a patient” , I’m using a false name!!!!! She is rude and incredibly unprofessional. The ABSOLUTE worst doctor I have ever encountered. I have PCOS, she treated me like I was a drug seeking addict (I never once took a pain killer in my life), at one point she told me my hormones were causing this. She was so incredibly illinformed and unwilling to believe she might not know what was wrong with me, and I ended up suffering for 2 1/2 years until I found a qualified doctor. DO NOT go to this office if you want to be treated with dignity and respect, because I most certainly was not!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. This doctor is absolutely unprofessional, rude, inappropriate, and violating. Besides the fact that her office is filthy, she has violated my HIPAA rights by yelling across the office to ask my son (in the waiting room) a question about my personal health information. Also, she called me SCREAMING at me after I requested an X-ray referral, as if I had asked for something beyond the scope of her job. It was SHOCKING. She also fraudulently charged my debit card without my knowledge or permission. When I disputed it and asked for an invoice or a bill or some proof that I owed her money, she again raised her voice to me, lied as to how she was right to charge me, and hung up on me. I stopped the funds with my bank and filed a police report only to find out that this is a regular occurrence with her. Please beware of this doctor and choose another. UPDATE: Dr London has responded with half truths and outright lies. She also included the letter of gratitude I sent her after my very first appointment with her, clearly before I knew her true colors. I could say much more, but I am currently pursuing this with the Maine Licensing Board, the police, and my bank. I told Dr London that I needed a bill or the contract to prove I actually owe her this money, but she refused and hung up on me. I never left my card on file. What she has done is illegal and she is trying to protect herself. If she can provide proof that I owe her money, I will happily pay it, as I tried to tell her. I love her. Very kind and helping psychiatrist. I love her office warm and cosy. She is knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I wish I found her early. I have depression,bipolar anxiety and ocd .She is specialist in all of them so I dont have to see 10 psychiatrist. She helps with all of them.I hit a jackpot with her.

I have known Dr London for at least 20 years. She is compassionate, thoughtful, experienced and passionate about primary care and patient wellness. I would send anyone I loved to her. I wish she was still in the Boston area.

Dr London is the best doctor I have ever had she was my doctor, two of my children's doctor, and she delivered my first born. She is the the smartest doctor I have ever seen and her advice is always on point. I wish she was still my family's doctor. I also like how she has experience in holistic healing and is NOT a "pill pusher" but at the same time has enough sense to prescribe medications if really needed. Dr London is the absolute BEST doctor I ever had. She worked with me to find the solution to get me well and on track when other doctors didn't. She is gentle, caring, genuinely interested in her patients, and goes out of her way to make sure the medication I was on is working properly, and that I was happy! I never had a doctor like her, and think the world of her and how she takes care of me! I would send anyone I love and care about to her. She was the absolute worst. Never listened. Made two different mistakes on separate occasions that forced me to go to the ER only to be told she was wrong both times. Was super nosy about my personal life and told me things that my wife (also a patient) told her (I knew about them, but it was an outrageous breach of confidence). She would gossip about other patients. She lied about needing an office visit for every med refill, which was just a way for her to make more money. The worst doc ever.

This doctor is verbally abusive, swears like a sailor, lacks compassion, lacks appropriate communication skills, is NOT knowledgeable, Moody, hot tempered, does NOT listen, uses the Internet to treat, always has her nose in her iPad, aggressive, her office is a dirty mess, her assistant is abusive, they're both aggressive, can leave you feeling afraid, she doesn't respect HIPPA and is completely UNPROFESSIONAL!
