I would never recommend this place for anyone you actually care about!! One of the psychiatrist here AMY BUSH gave absolutely no regard to a friend of mines well being. She had told her psychiatrist she was abusing the scripts she gave her and that she didn’t feel safe and needed treatment the psychiatrist had actually planned to be taking her too treatment on this day. Well after everything the psychiatrist bailed on her plan of treatment for her and sent her home!!!! All for her too get extremely worse over the next 12hrs and end up in the er the next day! So while she laid in a hospital bed praying too go too treatment with her Amy was completely unreachable didn’t even answer the therapist who was calling her concerned. Absolutely a disgrace of the mental health field and how serious it is. Never take someone here get them real help they only care about your money! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! I am outraged about how this place operates as well as how myself and my child were treated! First, the receptionist spoke to me as if I were a complete moron and "bothering her", just to make a simple appointment. That turned out to be the LEAST of my problems! I took my son for 2 visits with JACKIE (KAISER) COYLE, under the impression that she was a therapist, as I had requested during my initial conversation with the rude and unhelpful receptionist. I recently found out that Jackie Coyle is just a SOCIAL WORKER. On our first visit, she spoke to me as if I were her dog and wasted the entire time filling out paperwork. On the second visit, she actually tried to start an argument between my son and myself by bossing me around and telling me that I should do what my son says...WHAAAAT??? I later found out that when my ex-husband took my son for the next appointment, she made NEGATIVE comments about me to both of them as well as my ex-husbands girlfriend who had no right to even be present but Jackie Coyle allowed her in the room! As if that weren't enough...when she realized we were making no further appointments with her, SHE MADE A FALSE REPORT TO CHILD SERVICES THAT I WAS DRUGGING MY CHILD AT NIGHT WITH BENEDRYL!!!!! Thank god the investigator quickly realized it was not a valid complaint! This place should be shut down and Jackie Coyle should lose her license. I strongly recommend you go ANYWHERE ELSE.
