Dr. Edwards interacted with me in a very down to earth professional manner. I asked a lot of questions and he answered all the questions/

Chad Edwards has been my PCP for several years now. When I first went to him, I told him I wanted to age as healthily as possible. Since that first visit, he has always listened to me, has been as comprehensive and explanatory as possible in his assessment of my health, and has offered me help and information in various ways as I've needed it. He is a functional medicine doctor and approaches me with "preventive treatment" first rather than treating my symptoms after I am unhealthy. I love his comprehensive evaluation of my health and the many and varied services he offers in his practice. I have used several of them and have been pleased every time. His health and diet coach is currently helping me with establishing even better self-nourishing habits that will serve me well and keep me healthy. I love Doc!

he's great. opioids, benzodiazepines, amphetamines... what ever I ask for. Like a candy store. Way better than off the street

I've seen Kelly Moore twice now. She professional, positive and very thorough. Best of all, we will work together to keep me healthy as I get older, without medication if possible! Exactly the care I was looking for!

He takes time and makes sur he has a thorough understanding of the overall health, nutrition, mental behavior and other parameters, which is great as it provides for a truly holistic overview. Rare for an american doctor, he is also sensitive to cultural specificity and does not take a blanket approach. Being someone who likes to know, i appreciate him taking time to explain. He is kind and understanding, makes one feel comfortable enough to speak to all issues from stools to itching skin or weird sensations. His recommendations are focused, providing guidance on the 'One thing" and then providing other options. As I can feel quite quickly overwhelmed from too many prescriptions or diagnostics, this approach is great. Also great is that, when lab results are received, he will provide the positives as well as the negatives, so it's quite rewarding to know where we're doing well and what needs improvement. Overall a great interaction, very informative and positive approach. Thank you!

I can not say enough good things about Dr Edwards, Dr Lewis and Diana Edwards, certified functional medicine life coach. Corresponding via the portal is so efficient and they truly do care about my health. I don’t want to trust my physical and mental to anyone else.

Always a positive experience, as the staff from the front desk, to the nurse practitioners and Doctor, are all friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have been going there about 2 years now, and have never been given a reason to even think about going elsewhere.

The best hands down!

Dr Edwards and his staff are wonderful to work with!

I get clear answers to all of my questions and feel like they take the time to make sure I understand everything.

All of the staff is professional and very knowledgable. The care I've received has been top notch!

I seen Dr Nicole Forsberg. What a great experience to finally have a doctor listen to my concerns. I am so thankful for the friend recommendation. She was spot on in saying they listen and they look for the problem not just to treat the symptoms.

Dr. Edwards has been a wonderful doctor who has spent time working with me to achieve better health. He listens to and respects the patients opinions which is hard to find in a doctor.

Dr. Edwards has been helping me get healthy since July 2017. He is detail oriented, a great listener, and a resourceful D.O. who looks at ypur whole body rather than just your symptoms. I highly recommend him.

Had a great first visit with Dr. Edwards today. He is so much more knowledgable than my GP about many conditions that are of concern to me, especially thyroid health and MTHFR. I'm looking forward to getting my lab results back and hearing his suggestions for improving my health.

Dr.Edwards is a breath of fresh air. I had grown weary of dealing with physicians who seemed to not have the time or inclination to talk with me , and were only interested in treating symptoms with prescription drugs and then quickly dismissing me to move on to the next patient. Dr. Edwards takes the time to listen to me and then comes up with a well explained course of action to treat my overall well being not just prescribe the drug of the day. My first experience with him was almost 4 years ago when ,after 2 years of dealing with our primary care physician and two different orthopedic surgeons ,numerous failed painful procedures and a recommendation for a knee replacement,my wife underwent Prolotherapy treatment from Dr. Edwards. After 4 treatments she has had no problems and it’s been 4 years. Starting on a journey to improve my health mainly with Hashimoto's Thyroid Disease. Getting a lot of great help and information and support to help me make the life changes I need to make to feel better.

Experienced severe pain and loss of strength in my right elbow. Came to see Dr. Chad Edwards he checked it out and decided I could use the Prolotherapy treatment for it. First treatment and instant relief from the pain and my strength is back, thanks Revolution Health.

I have had prolotherapy for low back pain that I have had since I was 21 years old ....I am 60 now. I was in pain daily from an injury....I am 98% pain free. There are days I am pain free.
