I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Evans and his team. I’ve been dealing with my issues for years and then I went to see Dr. Evans. I’m now getting the treatment I need. I’ve received the right testing and treatment for my condition. Dr Evans and his team have always taken the time to listen and partner with me in my care. I’m so thankful I found them! Thank you! I've seen quite a few neurologists and Dr. Evans has, by FAR, been the best. He is extremely thorough, personable, knowledgeable, caring, and funny! He always takes the time to answer your questions in a way you can understand and never makes you feel rushed with your appointments. He seems to genuinely care about how you're doing and is willing to try different methods to make your symptoms better. It can be hard to get an appointment with him at times, but, it's worth the wait. He is truly a wonderful doctor!

Dr. Evan's is a great doctor. He is very professional and caring, answers all your questions and concerns, and works with you to find a solution for your care. I also appreciate that rather than ask you what you think for a treatment, he makes the recommendations unlike many doctors today. I have been going to him for many years and he has helped me with my migraines and through a car accident which was a year's worth of recovery in my neck and arms. Thanks, Dr. Evans! Everyone at the clinic was very attentive with a relatively short wait. Dr. Evans was very professional and caring. He took time to fully review my history and I feel very confident about his diagnosis.

Brushed off my worsening debilitating symptoms which took me out of work and unable to do much of anything, at only age 28. That worsening I felt and he ignored and pushed meds instead, happens to be a large obstruction in my spine -which I found out by seeking care elsewhere. Honest, when he found he couldn't diagnose my condition, he referred me to Mayo, and wouldn't take no for an answer, to get me much needed help. He's always gone above and beyond and took all my conditions into consideration when treating me. However recently he's been preoccupied, or rushed to treat. I don't get that individual treatment, I'm feeling like a number, not his patient. Maybe office policy changes? Too bad, because its rare a Dr. that treated the person, not the condition. Respect

Was great 6 years ago but seemed to become over worked, disinterested and nearly impossible to reach for over a week at a time even for urgent issues. I highly recommended him at first but now would not encourage anyone to see him. He should not be taking new patients so he can properly care for those he already has.

Dr. Chad Evans follows up, and he answers calls for additional questions promptly. Another of my doctors knows him by his excellent reputation.

Dr. Evans was great until early 2015 when he became disinterested, refused to do needed insurance paperwork, refused to do a quick injection to relieve pain, did no exam what so ever then kept charting 'normal' as my condition was deteriorating. Communication between appointments is mostly non-existent and when you get a response it is contradictory to what was said in the office. He looks burned out, tired, has a flat affect and no longer seems to care. Other patients are saying the same thing. Clinic staff are fine but his nurse literally yells at you for calling or sending an email. It's sad to see a formerly great doctor become mediocre. I would not recommend him at this time.
