I have been going to this office for years. Jessica Atchley is wonderful! Everyone at Dr Bozeman's office is so welcoming and nice from John (Xray) , nurses, lab techs and front office. 5 stars

They have always made sure that we get every bit of attention we have needed. Ashley and the other PAs are wonderful and very caring. Dr Bozeman just glanced at me and spotted a skin cancer early.

Been going to Dr. Bozeman forever, so has my wife. A very good doctor. Explains well and gives you options and listens to your input.

Have not even met the guy in the 5 yrs I've been going here. Always see FNP. Not satisfied with him. No indepth exam in 5 yrs and have many many complaints.

Ive been seeing Mary since I was 2. Mary is a wonderful doctor but her new nurse doesn't seem to know what she's doing

This is a very nice doctor and we are seeing crabtree and we couldn't ask for a better doctor that actually cares and they take new patients and they take medicare and medicaid

We have Ashley and she is very nice and sweet. My son loves the front desk people. They are so sweet to him. Everyone is nice and polite to him and love to see him smile. I trust them a hundred percent with him.

Mary, is wonderful since day one for my daughter since I switched her pediatrician's. She is very calm and polite. I've never felt discouraged or unhappy with the service in this office since I became unhappy with the pediatrician my dr use to see since birth. It was bullcrap the left my wife in stirrups for an hour and thirty five minutes so the doctor that's never their could put the pharmacy reps in front of my wife .

I have been going there,and every doctor is been polite &Nice. I don't have problems with them..

My children, myself, and my husband have been going here for the past 8 years. We have seen every doctor and nurse in this office and have always been treated extremely well. Would highly recommend! The clinical staff is just plain rude, especially the nurses. Front desk was polite and helpful. Nurse talked about patient's information where otheres could hear. Not going back, no way.

The level of unprofessional behavior that I have dealt with at this office has been completely uncalled for. From our first appointment every receptionist we dealt with was rude. The nail in the coffin was spending an entire weekend in the emergency room with our son, only to call and warm them we are running late and have the receptionist basically chew out my wife. All of this while we are literally having x rays done of him. Though the nursing staff was pleasant enough, it is clear that the Dr. Bozeman himself has little to no interest in maintaining his practice. If you are a new parent, I would advise not going anywhere near this place. You will be under enough stress as it is. Dr. Bozeman is the best Doctor I have ever been to. He delivered me and 20yrs. later he delivered my daughter. He took care of me for over 26yrs. He was always so loving and caring to me and my family. He is the only doctor that had ever been that good to me. One of the worst mistakes I ever made was switching to a different Doctor. Now I'm really sick with chronic illnesses that are crippIing me. I have UHC Tenncare & I don't even have a Doctor anymore. I'd give anything in the world to see him

I was taken care of, and they were very thorough with me. I seen Shawn, and he took the time to talk with me about everything I needed to discuss. I was very surprised by their effectiveness to get to the bottom of the problem. I would say I had a top rate experience compared to other doctors office. My wife made an appointment for our son. Upon arrival they asked for updated insurance information. They told her they did not take our insurance. She said ok but you are listed as a provider by our insurer. Not a big deal but then they REFUSED to accept any other form of payment to have our son seen. They claimed it would be insurance fraud!! I called them right away and said that my wife must be mistaken. You are refusing to see my son?? You will not accept cash, credit, or our insurance?? They said yes. I was stunned. Not only was it the dumbest policy that I have ever heard, but they were not polite or courteous to my wife or son. They refused to give me any last names or explain the insanity of this policy.
