Dr. Charles L Brooks

We have the highest opinion and respect for Dr. Brooks. We've been going to him for well over 20 years. Our rating of 3 stars is solely due to the incompetence of the office staff. When we made the appointment, we were not informed the office on Hilltop Road was closed even though their website shows that as their location and that's the phone number we called. Also tried to make an appointment for each of us to see his P.A. and was told we could both go talk to her together. At the appointment only 1 of us was allowed to go. They are unorganized and do not seem to communicate within their staff. They tell patients one thing and don't follow through. Worst experience with them since we started going to Dr. Brooks.
