Dr. Charles D Gerlach

Dr. Gerlach is great, however the customer service is terrible. No return calls, no response to questions left on portal, seriously thinking of switching to another PCP. Customer service is just as important as patient care.

This place is family to me. I’ve always had DR. Gerlach be kind and direct. Thanks for all your years of service to us!

Dr Gerlach is very understanding and caring. His nurse, Jen, is also very helpful.

Take 3 days for a doctor's note to be absent from work.

Dr Gerlach seemed uninterested in my well-being. He seemed very cold. In the past he was warm, and friendly.

Been a patient of the prior practice for 36+ years. I do love Dr Gerlach. Since the private sector went to Pinnacle and now UPMC there is no longer "personal" attention. Very cold environment. Plan not to have an issue after hours as there is no Dr "on call".

I have been going to this office for over 10 years and absolutely love Dr. Gerlach. I can not say the same for some of the service since Pinnacle took over though. Problems with getting through to the actual doctor's office, as well as getting prescriptions called in when not IN the office. I never had any issues, and always received excellent care.

Dr. Gerlach is great. He has been my primary doctor for over 20 years. I find using the health portal for communicating with them regarding medication refills or if I have any questions, very helpful.

Total disappointment!!!!!!!!
