Was looking into finding a dentist that accepts my insurance and could get me in for a cleaning asap, when I first called and spoke to the front desk lady she said she needed to see if I qualified which made absolutely no sense because they accepted my insurance & accepted patients my age, she also said she could've got me in within that upcoming week & after waiting to be "qualified" she called back to tell me my insurance wasn't active yet and "I didn't tell her that" whatever so then after my insurance was active I called back and then was told she was booked for two weeks and can't schedule after those two weeks (never heard of that)& asked why I needed to be seen so bad? Like excuse me your a dentist I need a cleaning and haven't had one in awhile didn't know I had to explain why I wanted a closer appointment, then she called me again to have me schedule an appointment when I was told it would've been two plus weeks I figured by the attitude she had which was very unprofessional to take my needs somewhere else! I rather go to a warm welcoming facility with no attitude from employees . Do better! Dr Karcutskie is the best dentist. He offers choices for the best treatment. The office staff are just wonderful

I had tremendous dental problems several years ago to the point where I had given up and accepted pain and sensitivity as a norm. Dr K fixed me up over numerous appointments. I NEVER had a single issue from the work he did. Meanwhile my girlfriend has a problem every time she goes to her dentist and she has a beautiful mouth so... This guy does excellent work - I am judging him on the quality of outcome nothing else I would give more stars if I could. I love this place

Do not recommend to anyone. They started a procedure on my tooth and REFUSED to finish the procedure because I was unable to make the next scheduled appointment due to a family member being hospitalized in the very early morning, a few hours before the appointment. I called back to explain, and VERY rudely was told they will not finish the root canal. So here I am stuck trying to find a more professional dentist to clean up the mess they left. But when it came time to except the out of pocket amount of $450, they were very pleasant. Do not recommend to anyone.
