I’m from the Bahamas and I tried to make an appointment (over the phone) for my son who attends NEO A & M College. He had to make an emergency flight to Florida because his Corneal Transplant started to reject his body. My sons doctor instructed us to call and make an appointment with a Ophthalmologist in Miami, so he can get an update on my sons eye. The lady that answered the phone hung up on me a total of 3 times and never really gave me a chance to explain the reason I called. Because she assumed I was trying to sell her something or I was a teller marketer. I thought that was very rude and unprofessional.
