We love Dr Wardrop!! We have been seeing him for almost 2 years now for our 3 children and us, wouldn't see any one else! You come here and they make you part of their family you will be taken care of here.

I have been with yelm family medicine for 9 years and have always been satisfied with them. I love that the doctor i see takes the time to listen to his patients and really make sure that they are getting what they need. I am more tgan willing to wait to see my doctor on any given occasion. Recently, my son was injured at a school sports practice. I stopped into the office at 840pm and they got us in to see the doctor. Due to the extent of his injury, we were sent to the emergency room. The next day, after spending the whole night at the emergency room, the doctor got the results and called to make sure that my son was ok. After a couple days, I realized that I would need a doctor's note so that my son could have pain medicine at school. I called the officr on a Saturday and they were able to get a note ready the same day. I then called to get a referral to change specialists so that we could be closer to home. Again, same day I received a call back that the referral was being sent. This office has handled all of my requests extremely quickly and in such a professional manner. It was so helpful that they were able to assist me so quickly and helped to ease some of my stress in the situation. I could not be happier with a doctor's office!! We chose this office by default because of its location to our new home here in WA after moving from NY taking care of. I have worked in the medical field for over 10 years in both an office scenario and an emergency room so everything taken into consideration, here is my review. My husband, my brother and myself all became patients, and were confident that having so many doctors on staff that it would be a sufficient place to have our medical needs met. And after all three of us have had appointments at different times on different days, all I have to say is, this office would be a perfect fit for you if you have all day to wait (all of our wait times were over an hour and a half, two of them close to two hours). Which is extremely frustrating when there is never a busy waiting room and most of us have lives outside of the doctors office. so, if you like the decor of their waiting room and want to enjoy your day staring at it to then be called in for a five minute convo with their somehow busy, frazzled doctors, enjoy!
