At 40, my family expanded with one more addition (my third, our blended families fourth). Having been through two prior deliveries with another large group of providers, I realized ultimately my experience left me feeling like a #, invisible during the most vulnerable times in my life. I sought out a solo practitioner because I wanted to feel understood and listened to. Dr. Belaire is an exceptional solo practitioner and person. Her knowledge, open dialogue and responsiveness left my husband and I feeling empowered and at ease. She went above and beyond during appointments and at the hospital during my delivery. I came to Dr. Bellaire as referred by Chester Clinic in Chester County Hospital. This is a honest review if you would like to know about OB care when being pregnant. I live in Philly and the drive was almost an hour but I only came for her OBgyn care till I was 30w pregnant. Overall, every visit with her only lasted for less than 15 mins, checking weight, blood pressure, fetal heartbeat and belly progress. When I expressed my need that I would like an ultrasound somewhere in 3rd trimester, she didnt allow me to since she classified me as having “safe” pregnancy and my fluid would be good since baby movement was good as well. I ended up going to her care and moved to a different OB place near my new home and was scheduled a 35w ultrasound right away on the first visit with the new doctor. They found out my baby has a little bit of dilated kidney and told me for follow up care for his pediatrician after labor. If I kept going to Dr. Bellaire’s practice, I would never find out my baby has issue with kidney. Nothing but the best! I have been going here for years and they always make me feel so comfortable. I have had 3 babies with them and I’m a little on the dramatic side with my pregnancy due to multiple miscarriages and IVF. They always catered to my needs and calmed me down. Even opened the office to do a exam because I thought something was wrong. Awesome people that work there! I just wish they had more equipment there for pregnancy so I didn’t have to go to a different location for certain things. Nothing but the best! Terrible experience. I chose this practice because she was said to be an athlete and I thought she’d be a good guide to manage my pregnancy and OB care. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Doctor and office staff were consistently rude and lacked compassion. The nurse was always kind but I never felt respected or appreciated during my time with the doctor and the woman at the front desk was always condescending until I had to have a D&E. Then, of course, their pity overruled their lack of professionalism and bedside manner. Even at the hospital I had to wait in the hallway for the doctor to arrive, cold and crying for 45 minutes while the rest of the staff were ready for my procedure. I would NEVER recommend someone seek OB care here. Terrible experience. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Bellaire and her team thus far. Scheduling is easy and they take everything I say into consideration. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a female OBGYN that does it all. She listens to all my hormone theories and makes me feel heard. It’s nice to know I’ll always see the same doctor and feel she really remembers what I’ve said in past appointments etc. She is honest and knowledgeable and will tell you how it is. Some may perceive this as rude but in her profession and with all y’all internet doctors out there, sometimes I’m sure she’s left with no other choice than to be blunt...I trust her judgement and she hasn’t steered me wrong yet. 10/10 recommend. I met Dr. Bellaire at the start of Covid in 2020. I had just been discharged from the hospital and was advised to get a biopsy and seek treatment by a Gyn. It was a difficult time and my choices were limited with my insurance. However, Dr. Bellaire and her staff were compassionate enough to see me right away. Dr. Bellaire continued to treat me & controlled my issues during Covid with medication and phone call supervision. I am currently under her care, following up with checkups and preparing to relocate for a new job. Although other things didn't work out well in Exton....I think Dr. Bellaire and her office are an amazing and compassionate medical team who restored my faith in humanity and I'll never forget them. My aging mother has been a patient of Dr. Bellaire's for many years. She has treated her with the utmost skill, respect , and compassion. My mom loves her. Dr. Bellaire asked me to call her to check-in since my mother has not been able to make an appointment and Covid has delayed her visits. She reached out to me. Her professionalism combined with genuine concern for my mom is something that is hard to find. Thank you Dr. Bellaire.

I called 1 week ago (monday) after getting a positive at home test and I was spotting for a week at that point. When I called the receptionist was a little rude and wouldn't schedule me for 3 more weeks. I had to remind her that I was spotting. After getting an appointment to see the doctor that day, I was reassured that because I was early that it sometimes happens and that it wasn't that bad. On Wednesday I woke up to really heavy bleeding but no cramping and called I spoke with Dr. Bellaire and she called in a script for me and let me know that if it gets worse or I start to cramp to call again. I ended up going to the ER to find out that I was miscarrying. The next day I called to let them know what the doctor said and they scheduled for me to come in this past monday for a check up. While in the room and Dr. Bellaire was asking about the Birth Control I was using, she had stated she wasn't sure why I was put on that one because it isn't that effective. She then started to go on and say that people of my size are high risk and that she wasn't sure if switching to the depo shot would work on someone my size. I was highly upset I had just miscarried a baby and had someone being insensitive about my weight. I will not be going back to her. On a completely separate note the nurse was wonderful and I wish I had a better experience. I have been a patient of Dr. Bellaire for several years and I am beyond happy that I chose her as my OB for my first pregnancy. Being pregnant during the coronavirus pandemic is stressful but her office has not missed a beat when it comes to my prenatal care. No skipped appointments or telehealth visits or anything like that. I feel I am receiving quality care and everyone at the office has been great. In addition I would like to say I disagree with a lot of reviews stating she is unkind to overweight patients. Dr. Bellaire had me tested early for some things and mentioned that my weight could cause certain conditions or complications but I have never found her to be unkind, just honest. Obesity has side effects, especially on reproductive health and I would rather have a doctor willing to address those things than one that avoids the issue so my feelings don't get hurt.

Dr. Bellaire and staff always friendly and helpful. She delivered both my children, help me manage my emotions of infidelity. And now that I’m in the menopausal journey :}, she has been hands on and never misses a beat. She is knowledgeable and listens to my feelings and suggestions with an open mind but keeps me grounded so I’m not overthinking my problem. I have a chronic illness and she coordinates my wellbeing with care. I feel like family and recommend her to friends and family.

She’s amazing!!!! This is the second baby she delivered. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr Bellaire injured me during a c-section that I was against. I told her I wanted to wait and she forced me to do it anyway. I cried through the whole thing and was barely able to walk for six months afterward. Still having pain after 9 months and she says this is normal. She went on vacation hours after my c-section, so I had a sub in the hospital who was also awful. Dr Bellaire never told me she was planning a vacation and just disappeared. I believe she made me have an early c-section because she was leaving for vacation. She makes fun of me because she says I should have known the pain would be this bad and last this long, but it does not seem right to me. She will not do anything about it. She is very rude and dangerous. A vet would be a better option than this idiot doctor. She sent me a letter accusing me of writing bad reviews, which I had not, but I am now. Run away from this horrible, dangerous doctor. ANYONE else would be better.

Dr. Bellaire has been my doctor since moving to the Exton area. After some very terrible doctor experiences (including getting my chart mixed up with my sister's) at other locations...Dr. Bellaire's office was a breath of fresh air! I was also happy to find a doctor that would stay with me throughout my entire pregnancy and be their for the delivery. Knowing the doctor I met with through the pregnancy would be there the day of was very important to me and comforting. I would certainly recommend her!

Dr Bellaire delivered all my children and now takes care of me as I have menopausal symptoms. She treats everyone as an individual and is a good listener helping me with a nasty divorce.

I see Dr Bellaire as both a gynecologic patient and in her Radiance. She has always sat down and listen to all my questions and answered them. In the spa she keeps detailed recordings of her injection technique and gives me consistent results. Her office staff is friendly and when you call you get a real person not a recording. I would not go anywhere else. I would highly recommend her.

Terrible. The rudest doctor i've ever had. Absolutely no bed side manner, talks down to her staff, acts annoyed and bored while at work.

I am a past patient of Dr. Bellaire’s. She delivered two of my children. I am now pregnant with my third, but seeing a different practice. I feel that Dr Bellaire doesn’t have the best bedside manner, but after seeing other doctors, I know that she is a pretty darn good doctor. She will listen to you and address everything and anything you are concerned about. She knows her stuff and is very trustworthy and cautious. I am 35 weeks and I wish I would have stuck with her.

I have been a patient of Dr Bellair's for 14 years. She is super easy to talk with regarding womens health issues. I can really tell she cares about me as a person. As a woman in menopause dealing with weight gain, she has been great to talk with about my struggles. Always offering great informaiton with kindness, love and support. I would hightly recommend Dr Bellaire.

I am so thankful I found Dr. Bellaire after moving back from NY. She is VERY knowledgeable and friendly. I felt so comfortable with her and could tell she really cared about me and my well being. She was AWESOME during my pregnancy and delivery. I highly recommend her!!

I have seen Dr. Bellaire for several years now. I live over an hour away & still make the drive to see her. She is by far the most informative, educated & personable OB GYN I have seen. Which is why I even made the trek from Virginia when living there. Her entire office staff is friendly & helpful. I have been able to been seen very quickly when I experienced an emergency situation & her front of office staff called prior to my visit to just check in and see how I was feeling. Excellent Staff!

Seriously, what kind of OBGYN thinks she has the right to voice her opinion about my body size? Her job is to examine the health of my vagina. If it is not related to the health of my vagina she should have kept her mouth shut. And the groundbreaking advice of "eat better and exercise"?? Are you kidding me??? She didn't even ask me about my diet. You know why? I have other doctors for that!! A team of them, sadly. Yes, I am fat. But assuming all fat people have bad diets is being a BAD doctor.

Dr. Bellaire delivered my daughter and twins. She always made Me feel better when I had concerns. ( I had a ton)She is a very caring and strong woman. I wouldn’t want any other doctor. Honestly I could go on and on about her but you just have to see for yourself how amazing she really is.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bellaire and her wonderful staff! I saw her in action when she delivered both of my nephews, so when my previous obgyn closed her practice; I just knew Dr. Bellaire would be delivering my next baby. I was so grateful to finally find a doctor that took the time out for me every visit. I was one of those pregnant moms with a million questions and concerns, and she really knew how to make me feel at ease. I would highly recommend her!

Met Dr. Cheryl Bellaire 2 years ago in Chester County Hospital emergency department. I came in for an emergency stomach pains. She explained the urgency of the issue I was having. I had surgery at midnight. Looking back I'm sure she worked all day & then had to perform surgery on me at midnight, I'm sure she was tired & didn't want to do it, but I'm so grateful she did! Getting to know her over the last 2 years has been wonderful, she is the best obgyn & I would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Cheryl Bellaire has been my OBGYN for the last 24 years. Throughout my years of visiting Dr. Bellaire I have experienced nothing less than the highest level of quality that one can expect. She has delivered not one but THREE beautiful boys for me all via c-section. With every delivery I went in calm and confident because I knew that I would be in the hands of someone that would not just hold herself to the highest standard of care, but would protect and advocate for me as her patient.

I visited Dr. Bellaire months ago. She was not not kind, and I will not go back. Five months later I'm still dealing with her because she billed my insurance incorrectly. I was on the phone with insurance again today, and find out part of the bill was a $42 new patient fee, which I was not aware of when I booked. And she did a test through LapCorp she didn't say was in addition to the routine visit, so there's another unexpected bill for a visit that should have been covered 100%.
