I called at 2:30pm and listened to a very long and boring man tell me the office hours. It took at least 60 seconds. Then it transferred the call to an attendant just for them to hang up on me. I had to call again and listen to him talk again. Someone answer the phone and says it’s a answering service, not the office. The office is at lunch and will return at 4pm. Really? The whole office takes an hour and 30 minute break? And that’s just from when I call. There’s no telling how long they actually take lunch. If the office is closed for lunch everyday for hours at a time, that needs to be noted on the website and when that man says that long message about the times of operation. Dr. Cheryl Richmond is a great pediatrician. My kids really like her. I would give her 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend Dr. Richmond. She is so kind, caring and patient. ❤ Also her bedside manner is extraordinary!

She stays booked because she's the best doctor for my children.

I love Dr Richmond! She has taken care of my kids for some time. She’s so patient and understanding. It feels like she’s family. Her bed side manners are extraordinary. She takes time out to explain things and help to make things to make sense. Did I say I love her!! We LOVE Dr Richmond!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

I LOVED HER! I had lots of questions being a new Mom and new to the area with a young child. she answered all my crazy Mom qeations with a smile and didnt push meds on me or my son. She was like a Mother when i was so far away from my own. Also gave alt,s to just having my son on a asthma inhaler( becaused i asked about med's stunting children growth patterns. Very helpfull and caring I LOVED HER!
