Substandard products which the owner will not stand behind. Screws come out, lenses fall out. They will fix it over and over, but say nothing is wrong with it. I don’t have the time to go every two weeks to get glasses repaired, “that there is nothing wrong with”.

Phenomenal care! From the time we walked in the door to the time we left we had the best care and treatment from everyone we came in contact with. This was my 16 year old daughter’s first eye exam since she was little. My daughter was impressed with the thoroughness of her visit. She said to me Dr. Buchanan was the first doctor to ever talk to her directly about what was going on, the Dr. did indeed tell us exactly what was going on with her vision. We appreciated the compassion and kindness.

The entire staff is friendly, courteous and conscientious. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the selection of eyewear frames is generous.
