He has best diagnosis of diseases. He takes care of his patients with best medical knowledge and best care. Last visit my 3 months old shoulder pain, he diagnosed me and cured me with best treatment. He is funny, hardworking, talented Dr. However busy he is, patients are first priority. I am privileged to know him as Dr., friend and best human being. Many of my friends who met him, always shared he is the best Doctor.

Saw Dr D'A this week for followup post epidermal injections, thorough eval and very smooth operation at Rose Surgery Center for the injections, well oiled staff there and Dr D'A is cool as a cucumber and very informative

Dr. D has my medical history in his head. He makes me feel special and always make me feel that we have things under control. Which is very true. Dr D is always there for me when I need him. Even after hours. The only thing I would have to add is we need Ginger back.

Dr. D is a wonderful doctor! He goes above and beyond for his patients. He is incredibly knowledgeable and conservative with treatment. In a world where most doctors use pain patients as piggy banks while never truly helping, Dr. D and his team do everything to get their patients better or at least some good relief.

D'Ambrosia is really good, very attentive and caring. He takes the time to sit down with me and answer my questions, makes suggestion (excercise and any aftercare) and take the time to follow up with me. He's is great guy to have.

I’ve had 3 visits with Dr. D’Ambrosia. The first was for an injection and he was very informative, personable and responsive. The last two were in office visits and both were terrible. In the first visit, he failed to conduct a physical exam, failed to communicate any sense of what may be wrong and what plan he would employ to address the problem. The first visit lasted no more than 4 minutes and he left the room to speak with his assistant and never returned. I waited 30 minutes in the office before his nurse realized I was still in the room and told me the appointment was concluded. The second visit lasted a few minutes longer (he was over an hour late to the appointment) but ended similar to the first appointment - no diagnosis, no plan, not even an indication whether I should have a follow up appointment. I was absolutely stunned at his behavior and would never return to his practice.

Dr. D'Ambrosia is an excellent, personable and caring physician. He has helped me immensely with right buttock and hip pain after a failed right total hip replacement. He takes the time to listen. His cortisone injections are painless.

I have been seeing Dr. D and his PA, Terri for chronic back pain, for close to 4 years. They are knowledgeable, generous with their time, and answer any and all questions. They do not push treatments on me, but let me make my own decisions based on my pain level and their realistic ways of managing it. I love that hope is abundant, but the reality of my circumstances are also discussed openly. They not only represent their practice with knowledge and expertise, they are both personable, compassionate, and trustworthy. I highly recommend Dr. D and Terri, they are the BEST!!!

Dr D’Ambrosia is an excellent caring doctor. Especially for pain management and my back pain. He’s already hard to get into and so I didn’t want to do a review because it’ll make it even harder to get an appointment with I see his PAs some time they’re very nice too! Office needs to work on communication as far as following up with emails and phone calls and Marnie doesn’t always get back to things in a timely manner manner.

Dr. D is caring, gentle, very supportive and a great doc! I love his sense of humor too! And the care is EXCELLENT!

Had two steroids injections in my back. As usual Dr. D’Ambrosia was very careful and the procedure was mostly painless.

My visit was very brief. He seemed to know what he was talking about but he left before I could ask all of the questions I wanted answered. Do you only get 10 minutes? It seemed very rushed.

I made a visit to Dr D’Ambrosia to discuss my upcoming spinal surgery! I am 82 with severe degenerative Scoliosis. He spent a long time with my Husband and I answering Questions and greatly Relieving my anxiety! A wonderful, compassionate Kind Doctor!!

Efficient and effective. An equivalent procedure 11 months earlier improved back comfort for much longer than anticipated. Initial discomfort from the injections of my earlier visit was minor, and from this visit even less.

Dr D’Ambrosia is caring and very sympathetic, he actually takes the time to listen and answer any questions you might have, he was positive he could help me with physical therapy and injections, and it did work. I do have to do my stretches the physical therapist taught daily but I’m not in pain.

I had been unable to sleep comfortably for many months, due to hip and back pain - no position was comfortable. An examination and MRI showed bursitis and a bulging disc. Two short visits later, I have no back or hip pain, even after hiking 20+ miles in a day several times, and moving a room full of furniture! Dr D. and his staff have great "bedside manners". They make you feel comfortable and at ease. Their office was well outfitted with many COVID protections. Best of all, besides being a really nice guy, Dr. D is incredibly good at what he does - I feel like I've got a new lease on life thanks to him!

We were impressed with Doctor D'Ambrosia when we saw him the first time. He was sympathetic, caring and focused on the issue of my wife’s pain. He was quick to identify my wife’s issues and determine a plan to follow to improve her pain situation. We left pleased to be seeing him and we had hope for some quick improvement. Our problems were not with the Doctor but getting back to see him. My wife has been in terrible pain for some time. She had a procedure that was recommended by Dr D. to help relieve the pain. She did get some relief, but unfortunately the relief didn’t last very long. I called the doctor’s office to see if I could get her into see someone quickly to see where we are to go next. I had to leave a message because everyone was busy. I left a message that my wife was in extreme pain and probably was going to need surgery. Dr D is always caring, compassionate, and he takes the time to listen. He has an excellent bedside manner! I have been his patient for years, and he has always been very professional, courteous, and makes me feel like I am important. He always has my best interests at heart.

While traveling in our RV I had back issues. Saw Doctor D, never have met such a caring, concerned and easy to talk to doctor. Even though I live in Maine, would fly back to see him if I have anymore problems. He is the best.??
