Dr. Christopher J Ferguson

I've been to see Dr. Ferguson twice and both times I left with the same pain as when I arrived. He offered no options or plan of action. The first time came in he examined my foot. Mostly just moved it around. Then told me to go to the front desk and pay for my visit. I thought he was looking some information up and was going to come back out with a solution, but never did. The second time, three years later, same pain, pretty much the same story. Only this time I was later billed for overages my insurance wouldn't cover. For what? No details. When you attempt to reach their billing, you'll reach only a voicemail that doesn't give call backs. Reception staff was more interested in gossip and complaining than helping waiting patients.

Dr Ferguson saw my daughter many years ago when she was 8 years old. She had chronic plantar warts that were inadequately treated by multiple dermatologists. Dr. Ferguson quickly evaluated what was needed and cured the warts in 2 treatments. He made the painful procedures feel easy for my eight year old who was thrilled that she no longer had to be embarrassed by plantar warts. I just saw him for evaluation, he gave me quick easy recommendations that helped ease my plantar fasciitis and arthritic foot pain. Excellent clinician with a great bedside manner!

He made me uncomfortable and he complained about treating me. Something is not right with him.

"We turn people away all the time" said to me with a big smile. I was told inaccurate information and denied my appointment due to the laziness of the doctor and staff. They rolled their eyes and laughed at me when I said I had to leave work early to go there. This office is everything it shouldn't be. You deserve better and they don't deserve their pay checks.

Terrible. Procedures were expensive and extremely painful. Duct tape and rocks is a better treatment than whatever this guy offers.
