I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Christopher! For most of my life I have dealt with terrible teeth I always hated my smile and I have been to several dentists who looked in my mouth and wouldn't give me the time of day,not Chris though!! When I walked in there he said it's going to be a lot of work but we're going to fix your smile ♥️♥️ I feel like my fear of the dentist has definitely subsided since seeing him and now I walk around and confidently smile he has definitely changed my life!!! Dr. Chris is truly amazing. He is talented at his profession while maintaining upmost professionalism. His gentle yet funny persona soothes patients like myself who have dental anxiety and have had nothing but bad experiences in the past. He provides patients with knowledge as he works through procedures without making them feel undereducated. Dr. Chris welcomed me into his practice with minimal notice due to poorly finished dental work, and now I have NEVER been happier with my smile after he has worked with me. Dr. Chris Freyermuth is an excellent caring dentist, he was the only Doctor out of three other dentist that really cared and fixed a bad root canal that for years was affecting my sinuses. Just recently I had a crown put in and he's work was excellent, I've never had any problems with any of the work he's done on me.

Today I had some follow-up work done with Dr. Freyermuth. This was my first time getting work done with him. He set me up for an hour appointment and I had a tall order of requests.. button removal from a previous invisilign treatment with a previous dentist, a normal cleaning, etc, and I needed it all done before a big move I am making in a week. He not only spent more time with me than we scheduled (over 30 minutes more), but he helped educate me on a lot of extra things as well as identifying a chip on one of my teeth that he fixed for free as a courtesy since he was concerned that it would have been worse to leave it for later. He knew it might be some time before I can see a dentist again due to my move so I appreciated him a lot for taking care of that when it wasn't part of the appointment. He took meticulous care of my teeth, he answered all of my questions, and he spent a lot of time providing helpful advice that he explained very simply so I could remember all the terms and what to do. I am really happy with my appointment and I would recommend him to anyone in the area. I can now happily make my move across the country with a big smile on my face thanks to Dr. Freyermuth and his wonderful staff. Dr. Chris is great. He’s gentle and makes one comfortable being at the dentist. His work is awesome. I’ve never had a problem there. I’ve been to several other dentists in the Plymouth area that were not good. My whole family goes to the smile center now.

The staff was so nice. The Dentist Demeaning and unprofessional. I have deficiencies that cause me big problems with my teeth. It's embarrassing enough. I explained before I went I was needed a walker and ramp access. He insisted I come. They have ramp access. but floors are old and uneven. He could not treat me because I am disabled and could not sit on doctor stool for x-rays or get into the chair he had. I left there in tears. Still traumatized from that humiliating day. Highly recommended ! Very friendly atmosphere. Easy to accommodate schedule. Their covid-19 protocol keeps me comfortable and safe. Our whole family comes here

Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Freyermuth and his team. Very professional and kind. I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction and he explained everything he was doing, from looking at the X-ray and the anatomy, and what the issue is. Every step of the process was explained thoroughly. The tooth was out before I even knew it! Not an ounce of discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Freyermuth for your dental needs. Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Freyermuth and his team. Such a great dentist.....and the staff is extremely polite and accommodating ..Dr. Chris has made me feel so comfortable. I have a HUGE procedure and he's going to be doing it and i couldn't be happier. Very trustworthy and extremely smart. I have referred 2 people to Dr.Chris and they couldn't be happier with the work he did!

I went in anxious because my 4 top front teeth were cracking and starting to break. My smile was awful. I had an awful experience at another dental practice where long story short they signed me up for a loan for way more than I approved and overcharged me for one crown that was completely off color and not put in right effecting my gum in that spot. After seeing dr Chris and how informative and patient and intelligent he was in this field I immediately felt better. I decided to give him a shot and I went in and he fixed my 4 front teeth with crowns. I currently still have the temporary ones and even thought there plastic and temporary they look exactly how my teeth used to be!!! Couldn't be any happier. I go in next week for my permanents that will look even better. And on top of it I spent more than half of what dr Chris is charging me at aspen dental on ONE crown when I got 4 done here. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Freyermuth to friend and family. I actually already have.

He is the worst!! He is listed as accepting Masshealth on the Mass.gov website. Told my son he "wasnt sure" if he accepted it or not- never explained anything else billing wise to him- next day texted my son a bill for $3000 for 3 extractions with no anethesia! Then wouldnt give him anything for the pain he experienced. I believe he is committing fraud and billing Masshealth as well as my son for the visit. He will not get away with this- I have already filed a complaint with the Board. Stay far away from this dentist!!

I have lived in Plymouth for 55 years and have numerous dentist in Plymouth and I can honestly say Dr Chris is the BEST very thorough and really explains everything in simple terms also so helpful to his assistant.The only regret I have is not being a patient of his a lot earlier in my life.I would recommend Dr Chris Freymuth to anybody that really wants the BEST in dentistry

Wish a found them before I went to Dr dental I’m just happy to find a dentist who is very personable and It shows with his very friendly staff

Ive been scared for years of dentists. And have had pain going to many others. I refused to go back in fear of being hurt again. I needed a emergency root canal one day, which i was unaware of until i broke my tooth that morning . On top of giving me my smile again. No other dentist in the area wanted to take the task head on, but smile center immediately moved around the schedule and got me in later that day. I was very scared but for such a severe root canal. I felt absolutely nothing. Im very pain intolerant too. They took their time amd inssured i was absolutely comfortable. The nurses were very patient and mindy helped with a reasonable payment plan. They go out of their way to insure their patients well being is the first priority. Take it from someone who never trusted anyone else and im now recommening this office. Well done. I had a root canal done on Thursday. I ran into a problem as soon as the Novocain wore of. I’ve been in extreme pain for over 72 hours. Between my and my wife we have tried to contact the office over 5 times. No one has responded. I ended up in the ER with an infection around the tooth that Dr Freyemuth worked on. I would Never recommend the practice, this doctor to anyone.

I’ve been to a lot here of dentists over the years and none of them have ever came close to Dr Fryermuth’s experience!! He is always up to date with all the new technology for teeth and is the nicest most sincerely caring dentist. His staff is also very kind and helps to find you an appointment that will fit your schedule. He explains everything in detail and continues to see you until your completely happy with your smile. He has the best hygienist’s too, they’re all highly trained and experienced. They clean teeth and gums better than I’ve ever experienced anywhere els! I had bad breath before and after my cleaning it was completely gone! My whole family see’s him and we’re all very very happy! We highly recommend Dr Chris Freyermuth

I love this practice. He is a teaching Dr. and while you are sitting in the chair, he is stepping his assistant through the procedure. He is very patient and knowledgeable, I am very happy with the work he has done.
