I am SO pleased with everyone at Northern Minnesota Eye Care! They genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Sasha was incredible! One girl even walked me to my car because I felt somewhat unstable. I left feeling at ease and can’t wait till my next visit. Thanks so much to you all!!

I felt the eye exam by the doctor and the staff was very thorough. Everyone was respectful and polite. I did not have to wait over two minutes before a staff person called me into the exam room. When the doctor came in after the pictures of my eye had been taken, he explained everything very well and answered my questions completely. It was all a positive experience. Prescription is alway spot on. Friendly, not rushed on exams. Have gotten my exams and glasses here for 20 years.

Went in for an appointment 45 min early and they were right on and ready for me took me back whole process was very quick and friendly knowledgeable staff took time to answer questions and broke things down to simple terms a guy like me can understand

I booked a yearly eye exam for my daughter due to major headaches, on the call I requested her eyes be dialated and fully checked over (my daughter had brain surgery last year and we have to make sure nothing is changing and really needed to know if her prescription had changed), they scheduled me for the full exam. We arrive and they do not give a full exam, don’t even check her prescription, just say her eyes look good? Wth the doctor says “we are too busy we will set something up in august”...are you serious? No, I originally set this up, they told me they changed the apt because they got info from her ot and just thought best to just look at her eyes....are you kidding me? I’m the parent, I asked for the apt, my daughter had brain surgery and is presenting with extreme headaches come back in August? Did they care? Did they try to get her in when it was originally scheduled as such an apt? No they didn’t! I would not have written this review but after all this they text me to tell them how they did, and they did horrible! My daughter is young, her eyes need to be checked, you admit it was a mistake on your part but won’t even work to fix it! That doctor should have stayed late to make sure my daughter got the exam we booked, but no care for the patient. I do not recommend them. I actually was going to bring my other daughter, had just referred two more people (who I since called and said don’t go there so they have made apts with other facilities). Just extremely disappointed with their lack of patient care . This is a great place with an amazing group of workers. I have recommend Minnesota northern eye care to many people over the years.

All very safe (covid). Seemed to have very up to date equipment. Told me what we were doing and what each test was for. Very friendly!

This clinic was able to fit me in the same day that I called. Dr. Ashley H. was fantastic! Staff was professional and personal. I had my medicine from a nearby pharmacy within 40 minutes. The staff at Northern MN Eye Care- Cloquet is the best! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great with kids!!! Would definitely recommended to those with young children. They made the eye exam experience so easy and fun for my daughter. Cannot recommend Dr. Narayan enough!
