Better than my last doctor that’s for sure

Excellent patient care and service! I cannot say enough good things about this entire office and especially Dr. Chris. He’s my favorite doctor I’ve ever been to and I hope he never retires because I don’t want to go to anyone else!

This is the first doctor I’ve come across who didn’t overreact when I asked for a referral to get a second opinion. I ALWAYS get a second opinion on any diagnosis… not because I don’t trust doctors, but because I realize that doctors are just people like me and you and they come into their job with their own biases and preconceived notions of things and that’s not their fault, but it’s always going to color the way they see things. But this is the first time in over a decade that a doctor didn’t get completely upset when I asked for a referral to get a second opinion. If for that reason alone I have the utmost respect for this man.

Dr. Chris is an excellent doctor! He is a very kind man and treats his patients with respect and compassion.

I always receive a high level of care here. Never have any issues scheduling appointment. No billing mistakes or insurance mix-ups. Deserves every star.

Dr S is the best he treated me for 3 months while I was an inpatient at a sober living house. He is kind and compassionate. An listens to his patients

When he’s available, but they randomly assign you to whoever’s around so you see someone different every visit it’s awful

We’ve been trying to contact the office because we’re waiting on some referrals well over a week. Every number that we found for him nobody answers. You get a recording stating that they aren’t taking any more messages, the mailbox is full. Time to find another doctor.

Dr. Snyder is easy to talk to, pleasant, and caring. I am super happy to have him as my PCP.

Couldn't even get a visit! They wouldn't let me schedule an appointment until my insurance takes effect. (Feb 1) so I told them I still want to schedule an appointment and that I would pay cash if my insurance wasn't working (which it will) and they refused to let me make an appointment. Changing doctors right out of the gate. He seriously needs to reconsider who represents him when making the first impression on a new patient. These ladies are not competent. Even after I expressed my frustration (kindly) she asked her 'manager' and the manager said no too! I know A LOT of people and will certainly not be recommending this dr. office! I own 2 local businesses health related and I could have referred a lot of people.... their loss.

Both my daughter and I have been seeing Dr. Snyder and other doctors in the same office for over 5 year’s. I have never had any problems. The staff is very sweet and helpful. The doctors are patient and caring. They really pay attention to any concerns you have. I recommend any one who needs medical attention to visit Coachella Valley Care.

Level of care not what you’d expect. Phone calls never returned, Dr. walks out of your exam & doesn’t return, endless hold, office wait times, prescriptions not filled, etc. Find another provider.

He is great, very bright and thorough! I have a medical degree myself and I know the difference between a good and bad provider! Dr. Chris is excellent!

One of the worst doctors I’ve seen. First, he was 35 minutes late. Gave me a diagnisis within 2 minutes. Flipped out when I asked him if he was sure. Did not want to listen to my concerns. Walked out before I was finished and said I should look it up. Does not have a humble, helpful spirit. He does not deserve any stars.

My first appointment with Dr Snyder and I was impressed by how helpful and observant he was. The first point of contact is crucial! My appointment was on time, Dr Snyder was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Highly recommend this medical group.

Office staff Rina is not professional. I asked to speak to Dr. Snyder about my prescription ordered in error. Rina hung up the telephone on me. I should have known from the beginning August 2016 when Rina left me plugged up to the Blood Pressure Cuff. She told me to move to another room and the cuff was still connected to me. I had to unplug it myelf. Rina brings the office professionalism down. I am changing Doctor, because of Rina's rude communication to me today, January 25, 2017.

Horrible customer care from both doctor and staff, doctor looks like he's on drugs and hasn't slept for days. He literally walked in and diagnosed me in 2 secs with something and sent me off for x rays and a blood panel. Had to call after 2 weeks to get my results because no one cared to call me. Was hung up on when tring to schedule and appt. and when I called back they kept forwarding my call and never answered again. Switched doctors that same day.

I do not trust most doctors. They pump you with meds and send you off. Dr. Snyder has a gift. He is thorough and won't just hand you medications. He crosses his t's and dots his i's. I am so thankful I found him. He is a real doctor. There are few and far between.

Five stars all around. I had been searching for a new doctor for a few years. I never met my last Doctor, every time I needed an appointment they couldn't see me, so I ended up in Urgent Care. The one before that, the office staff NEVER returned calles, and if I could get an appointment the was at least an hour. But thank heavens I found Dr, Snyder. The office staff is great, his nurse is awesome, and he is just amazing.

First Impressions matter and evidently, they matter to this Doctor because on Every single visit with him he ensures to make certain that I (the patient) know that he means business with getting to the root of a solution for the very reason/cause for me to be in the office.
