I have been going to see Dr. Werner for over 20 years, and I will keep going until I have no teeth (which I doubt will happen, he's good at this stuff...) Nobody likes going to the dentist, but Pennridge Family Dentistry makes it a more tolerable experience!!l

Rude people!

Looking for care for tooth pain, was informed they are not taking new patients. I had not visited recently enough to not be considered a new patient even though I was in their system.

Expert, affordable, and friendly dental care. We have zero anxiety going here for our dental care.

Been a patient for 7yrs. Excellent care and chairside manner, they educate and let me make my own decisions on my dental care with no judgment. Great value.

Front desk staff is beyond rude. And pointedly refused to tell me how much anything would cost. They said with insurance it was too hard to figure out. Most of the work I had done was NOT done by the dentist, but one filling that was, she dumped etch all over my teeth because she was carrying on a personal conversation leaving my teeth feeling like sandpaper. Amazing place that made sure I was comfortable since I have panic attacks when I usually see the dentist. Really caring practice.

I am reviewing the practice even though I no longer live in the area. I can only say that I was a patient for over 42 years. These guys are like family, and they provided me with excellent dental care. I truly miss my dentist.

My family and I have been going here for years. Alway's great service and everyone is very friendly. Everyone is professional and provide top notch care.

Dr. Werner takes care of my whole family. He listens to your needs and doesn't strong arm you into getting things done, especially if you happen to be paying out of pocket. We get quality care. Several times we've had an emergency appt, he checked it out & assured us everything was ok, then sent us on our way with no charge.

They did not have pediatric equipment. They mislead me about types of fillings, and two fillings they did on my daughter's teeth became abscessed and lead to two extractions. They don't even care that they overcharged me for shoddy work.
