Just read all the great reviews that have been said about his skills and personal attention. It has all been said and I agree with every 5 star rating he has gotten. He is an excellent spine doctor. I was blessed to have found him.

Dr Zarro and his entire staff were all excellent. He took the time to explain everything and answer any and all questions and address any concerns. He spends the time that’s needed with you to make you understand and feel completely at ease. I had a herniated disc in my neck that had cut off a lot of the strength to my one tricep and I had radiating pain down to my fingertips. I tried everything, chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, epidurals, and physical therapy. My only regret is I didn’t go to Dr Zarro sooner, he came highly recommended by my personal Dr who is not one to recommend anyone easily unless he has the utmost faith in there abilities. I can’t recommend or thank Dr. Zarro enough I feel like I have my life back and I’m back in the gym and getting in shape again. I’d also like to mention the PA Dr. Perkoff and the entire office staff who were all amazing. Thank you all!!

Dr. Zarro is by far one of the most competent orthopedic surgeons in the State of New Jersey and I'm sure soon to be recognized nationally as a Top Doc. He is patient, thorough, and genius in his craft. He literally saved my husband's life after experiencing a 12-hour botched surgery by another surgeon in August of last year, and has yet to leave his side. We highly recommend Dr. Zarro to anyone who is suffering from any kind of back pain or is in need of Spine surgery!

I already recommended Dr. Zarro to my sister for a similar neck problem to mine. He replaced her cervical disc, as with mine. I had complete relief of the neck problem since the 2012 surgery. My sister also had dramatic improvement after surgery. Dr. Zarro does not rush the appointment. He listens carefully and with evident compassion. Subsequently I had worsening instability and lumbar stenosis in my lower lumbar spine, which Dr. Zarro operated and it seems he hit another home run.

One of the finest Doctors in Northern NJ. He is prompt, efficient and very knowledgeable. He spends as much time as you need explaining whats wrong, and you knows he listening to your concerns. I wish he was my primary Physician
