Dr. Claire Ritchie Zengerle

At the age of 65ish, I've seen my share of doctors. All health concerns were put on hold as 2020 presented us all with a new dynamic to our health care issues. As I pulled away from more 'traditional' medical care to re-access my options I realized those options were rare or just not available. Through dogged investigation as well as word of mouth Dr. Z was now on my radar. Once determining that a monthly fee of less than a pedicure could bring me peace of mind, I signed up. Entering the office I knew the right choice was made. My health issues have been addressed, by someone that I feel was completely hearing me. Remember that feeling? The communications between the staff @ this clinic & myself have been second to none. Seriously, what Dr communicates with you @ 9:30pm? If you have been concerned as I have with the direction of medical care, Dr Z. is worth talking with. God bless you all my brothers & sisters.

Dr. Zengerle and the entire staff are fantastic! Everyone takes their time with you and listens to what you have to say. Bedside manor is great and you never feel like a number. Appointments are easy to make and more often than not you can get a same day appointment. They can run a little behind schedule at times, but that is generally because of the time they spend with each patient. I would definitely recommend Dr. Zengerle and staff to anyone looking for a new Dr.

Goliad Family Medical Center has always been been very professional and friendly. I have no complaints whatever when me or my son goes there. Dr. Zengerle is our Dr and is very thorough, she ask questions, listens ands answers questions without her acting like she's in a big rush. I would and have recommended her. Yes the air time can be long sometimes when they are busy. But what office isn't.

The only doctor's office in our county, I don't have much choice. An appointment means nothing to the office, doctor and staff. You will wait over an hour in the waiting room and longer for a nurse or doctor to see you in the exam room. I've been subjected to very unprofessional behavior from the old lady who draws blood. The staff doesn't respect patient privacy and rarely gets billing or insurance correct. The doctor doesn't take time to read charts but is quick to prescribe medications.
