I came in to get a broken retainer fixed (from years ago in a different state). They took care of me as if I had been going there all along. Super friendly and efficient!

Crystal was so good with my son when he went in to have a procedure done on his teeth. She was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. She explained everything at every step and allowed me (the mom) to watch as closely as I wanted. :) Dr. Owen was also great! Very kind and came up with a plan super quick! Owen Orthodontic was awesome. My 9 year old got Invisaline and the technician that performed the procedure was GREAT!!! She explained EVERYTHING she was going to do and what she was doing to ease his nervousness. Will definitely recommend Owen Orthodontic!!!

I went in for a consult for braces. The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. They sent me an email when my price quote for braces for my son. I am shopping around but they definitely impressed me, so depending on my experiences with the other orthodontists will determine if I come back.

The whole process was awesome. The staff was so kind and smiling. The first lady we saw was very helpful and explained everything very well. She was super sweet and my 7 year old loved her! Dr. Owen was just as awesome. He was very thorough in his explanation and plan. Dr. Owen was sincere and honest. I highly recommend this team!

Highly impressed with the staff and Dr. Owen. We experienced the best chairside manner and professionalism while we consulted and started treatment. My children enjoyed the appointments and are excited about their braces. Very blessed and thankful to be a patient at Owen orthodontics.

The technician only took off 1/2 the wire to reattach the bracket causing the wire to poke the top of my daughter‘a inside cheek. She now has a small sore where the wire poked her mouth.

My son went in and had a quick appointment, they came to get him from the car, walked him back, let me know what was going on, promptly called me before leaving to make another appointment. Quick, clean, careful, and kind. Loving this place

This was our first visit to Dr. Owens office. It was a great experience for my son and myself. You tell them you are there (taking awesome Covid precautions), they come to your car, you sign some paperwork, and then they take you in. When you enter they have a welcome board with each child's name on it whom is coming in for the day. Staff was great. Very friendly, they make the appointment enjoyable. Very high tech equipment, we got to see my sons mouth many different ways. Dr. Owen was great with my son, talked with him and took what he had to say into consideration (he is 9). All around great visit!!

Dr. Owen is not only personable with a fantastic staff, his work speaks for itself! My oldest child repeatedly gets compliments on his smile, and my youngest just started treatment. This team makes it fun and they explain everything along the way. I would drive, regardless of the town I lived in, to use Dr. Owen every time for orthodontic care.

My daughter was 11 when her dentist recommended she see Dr. Owen about braces. She is now 12 and has been working with them a little over a year. We absolutely adore this office and everyone inside. There's always a smile at the door, and knowledgeable staff ready to make you feel welcomed and informed. I was so nervous about this whole process, and not to mention the cost! Everything was explained to me in the beginning, broken down into the different stages we would go through, in a way that suppressed my anxiety and feel comfortable with the overall process. We were very easily able to set up a payment plan that was affordable for us, and the cost ended up being less than I originally imagined. Everyone has been great with my daughter and has listened to us with our fears and concerns. We could not have asked for a better office to be referred to. You will not regret being a customer here! We are moving to IL now and I hope we get the same treatment there.
