Dr. Hartshorn is very qualified. Takes his time when consulting a patient while evaluating the problem. His staff is very friendly and efficient.

I rarely have to wait either in the outer office or in the patient room which I appreciate. From waiting room to x-ray is a smooth process! Dr. Hartshorn is thorough and informative! My vote sit was a pleasure!

Very professional, my paperwork was ready at check-in, the staff was very welcoming and polite. My exam with Dr. Hartshorn was in depth about the xrays and pain associated with a future knee replacement. I look forward to my knee surgery and know I'm in pretty great hands

Care, cincern, kind, friendly professional are the adjectives I would use for him and his sraff. Will not allow anyone else to shoot my knee. ;)

I have recommended Dr. Cody Hartshorn to family members and friends many times. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything medical to you completely. He also explains the options you have to remedy your medical problem and listens to you. Great Doctor and staff. I would recommend him to any family or friend!

Have lived here in Granbury for about 44 years. and all we have heard is lots of bad things about the hospital. But I have nothing but good things to say about it. Was nice and clean, I was there when they asked me to be there and they took me in when scheduled for surgery. Everyone was very nice all the physicians, anasticiologist and all staff was awesome sweet and very professional. Big high five for Avery pleasant experience. Thanks, VC

All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Hartshorn answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel like he needed to move on to another patient.

The staff was friendly and attentive. Dr Hartshorn was very warm and caring. He gave me the results on my MRI and was upfront and honest. He couldn’t believe that I had no pain. I loved the fact that he said “I want you to keep your knee as long as possible. I’m here to make you comfortable until we have nothing left but knee replacement.” WOW! Most Drs would jump at the chance to do that major surgery. He said, “Continue to do what you normally do. Keep you weight down, light walking and exercise and stay with your vitamin regimen. When your deteriorating knee starts to hurt, then let’s see you then and start with the first step of making you comfortable.” I thanked him for his honestly. I left feeling very relieved.

Dr Hartshorn was very professional, personable and thorough. The treatment he provided gave me relief from pain within hours and I can now walk without any pain. Highly recommend him. Will certainly use him for any future orthopedic needs.

I find the doctor to be friendly, personable and easy to talk to. He takes as much time as you need to get everything explained and he doesn’t try to push you to quick decisions or one treatment plan over another.

I’m 2 days post-op now and have been impressed with how minimal the pain has been—I am staying on top of my pain pill doses, which I’m sure is helping. They did a very good job except it just took too long to get in to see him. My appointment was overdue. And it just took forever to get to see the doctor. Other than that it was okay
